"If I could give us company negative stars, I would. I am a customer from a warranty company and they have rescheduled me at least four times. We’ve had multiple appointments scheduled. I have been dealing with this company since February and our final appointment was supposed to be April 7th. Every time they reschedule the appointment. If they can’t even show up to do the job what’s the point? I called the phone number listed. Nobody answers. They say text them that’s the fastest response but yet all they wanna do is apologize that nobody can come out even though they have a set schedule."
