Did not finish the job on time. Caused my guest to be upset and lost a booking. Misrepresented job progress. Was dishonest with completion of tasks that where not completed. Left a mess in the house, did not cover floor or furniture, did not put decoration back where it was. Ignored concerns.

"ANYONE READING THIS CAN CONTACT ME 8505027070 AND I CAN SHOW THE PROOF WITH PICTURES AND THE CONVERSATION BETWEEN THIS CUSTOMER AND ME. In the text message, the customer said we had 7 days to complete the job (April 13th to 20th) and send me a screenshot of her calendar, so we counted to work till the 20, but her guest check-in was on the 20 and we got one day less to complete the job. However, I got my team working till late in the night to go as far as we could and we didn't have the time to paint the second-floor doors and shelves and her walkway floor. She kept saying she was going to cancel the customer for not having time to clean."

Valter was awesome! We live in Tennessee and needed someone pronto to do flooring in our rental townhouse in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. He met us on short notice and quoted the job in great detail explaining everything. We needed old tile removed/new tile laid blending into areas we had done 5 years ago. We also needed stairs and upstairs done in luxury vinyl planks. He met us at a flooring supplier we had located and approved all choices. His rates were very reasonable. He originally thought it would take 5-7 days but finished in 4 long days. We highly recommend Ferreira Services and appreciate Valter s patience with two oldies .

I hired the company Ferreira Services to install some flooring for my home. The flooring was installed, but they did not finish the work. The owner Valter, was extremely rude. Ultimately, the company refused to come back and finish the job. The company put down the quarter molding and they never came back to caulk the quarter molding/nail holes around the base of the walls. The finish work they did was sloppy. I would definitely not recommend their service.

"Actually you hired Lowes which I used to work for . I did all my job as I had to do , And I remember sending pictures to you and you loved that . and Lowes didn?t pay me to do caulk on the shoe mold and the home owner thought it was me who didn?t want to do the job"
