All Star Steam Cleaning

Joey is the best. He took a difficult job and made it perfect. This is the third time I've used him and I would not hesitate to use him again. I usually don't bother to review businesses, but he was just that great. AND the bill was lower than quoted! When does that happen!?

I was able to make contact with Joey quickly and he responded in an extremely timely manner, which is rare is this era of service providers not returning calls at all! Not only did he do an excellent job, he came back the next day to look at and clean some areas that still had some staining after drying, at no extra charge. Additionally, I asked his advice about cleaning two of my wool rugs. He told me that he could surface clean them for short term stain removal, but it wouldn't be the best treatment for those rugs and could ultimately harm them if I later had them cleaned at an outside facility (as they should be). His honesty revealed to me that his goal was to provide the best possible service to his customers and not just take their money and run! I would most definitely suggest Joey to anyone looking for a quality upholstery and carpet cleaning service!

Wow, Wow, Wow, Joey did what he said he would do. Called when he said he would call. Arrived when he said he would arrive and really did a fantastic job. Plus it didn't take him long at all. Thanks Joey for a great job!!

He was professional and on time.  Did a fantastic job!!!  My living room carpet has not looked this clean since I purchased and my couch and chair has a lot of colors and it looks much brighter.  He was efficient and did an excellent job in a timely manner.  I thought the price was fair and will definitely use him again.

Joey set the appointment quickly and called on his way.  I was very pleased with the results.  I was pleasantly surprised that some areas that were really stained were able to be cleaned so well.  Most definitely would recommend Joey....he cares.

It's been several months ago, so I don't remember the price.  However, it was the second time I have needed All Star Steam Cleaning, and both experiences were above and beyond.  I was new to the area and found this company via Angie's List.  I couldn't have been more pleased with Joey and the service.  He was always very professional and courteous, from the time he answers the  phone until the job is complete.  He showed up on time, called me when he was en route, set up his equipment neatly and cleaned a 9x11 rug and my large WHITE sectional and ottoman.  A recent party had even left some pet stains AND some red wine stains, but everything was spotless and smelled wonderful when Joey left and is still beautiful.   I had the same experience the first time I needed him, which was about 2 years prior.  That first time, I had him clean everything in my house that was upholstered, and was very happy with pricing.  Also, I am a bit wary to have someone in the house with whom I'm not familiar, and my husband couldn't be there when we needed these services, but my nerves were calmed within minutes after meeting Joey and seeing him work so diligently and professionally.  Another reason I'll always call him when we need steam cleaning.
