However, I was given a reference by my homeowners? association by somebody who was able to give us a lower rate because they are attached to our homeowners? association. The guy who came out did really great. We didn?t know as to what colors to use for the ceiling and he gave us recommendations. He also suggested us to repaint the trim work, the crown molding, and our baseboards and also to do some patch work on it since there were a few spots that had a couple of holes. He also said that they would cover that as well. If need be, then I would definitely use their services again."
