I contacted Total Home Repair, asking for a quote to repair some wood rot on the exterior of my home. They were prompt and professional, providing me with a written estimate after we met. I accepted the estimate and the work began on the agreed upon day. When they showed up, they were ready to go! Wood had been pre-primed and they had all of the materials and equipment needed to do the job. No excuses of having to run back to the store or other unnecessary delays. Robert and Karen were wonderful to have in our house; assemble a kitchen pantry cabinet together that we purchased from Wayfair; organize our walk-in closet in our bedroom in our new house as previous owner left without shelving, so we were 100 percent able to have it designed as we wanted; adjust bottom of doors so they would close easily, and we would use them again!

Total Home Repair, LLC assembled the crib. They arrived at the destination and were very pleasant and professional.

They were very professional and polite. I hired them, but i wasn't in the area where the job was completed and they communicated with me very clearly the expectations for payment and when they arrived at the location and when they were finished. I would use them again.

I also had a total remodel of kitchen, a portion of living room wall opened and closing of previous door with framing of wall and setting 2 new doors Hanging heavy iron pot rack from the ceiling beams with kitchen lights Removing rotten deck roof and replacing with beautiful lattice ceiling Repair of wood rot in outside equipment shed and cottage, totally corrected floor in 2nd bathroom around toilet area where water damage was found, both surface and crawled under crawl space to repair damage there as well Built a deck rail in carport for safety Built fence areas and installed gates Works well with licensed plumbers and Licensed electrician Made stable appropriate for multiple use, installed 3 outside sinks, ceiling fans and platform for refrigerator and table and drain field for stable run off water Excellent beyond measure !

Great. These guys are fine craftsmen. Every aspect of the replacement of our doors was done just right. I've rarely seen such careful attention to every detail in work done at our home over the past 20 years. We were totally elated with the excellent work that Total Home Repair, LLC did in designing and installing a wood casement trim around our kitchen skylight on our vaulted ceiling. Our skylight is recessed (45"x21"x 12") on a vaulted ceiling with dry wall along the sides. We wanted this area trimmed with wood that matched the existing wooden beams in the kitchen. Total Home Repair did exactly that and went way beyond our expectations! The wood trim stain color and design blends in well with the existing wooden beams in the kitchen and looks like it's been there since the house was built! This company is owned by a husband and wife team, Robert and Karen, who work very well together! They were not only perfectionists but were also professional, courteous, and detailed. Before they left, they cleaned the area of construction debris. We would definitely hire them again!

It went fine, I was not there while it was being done but the result was excellent.

Robert did a great job with everything! We just had tile installed in our townhouse, and so needed someone to run baseboards. It is clear that Robert has been doing this for a while, because he did the work quickly and the finished product was excellent. Additionally, we had two holes in the bathroom walls where the old medicine cabinets used to sit. He patched the holes and after we threw a coat of paint on them you could never even tell they were there. Finally, we had some wood rot happening at the front of the house, as well as a little banister that had experienced some rotting. He replaced all of the rotted wood, caulked some areas to help waterproof them, and made it all look beautiful. This is clearly a man who has experience! On top of it all, he is very friendly, responsive, and is quick to give you his honest opinion, even if it means he will make less money as a result. I will definitely be calling him in the future!

Robert Machin did an incredible job building our custom bar and we FINALLY have a double drive through gate that my husband can use, with ease, to move vehicles in and out of the back yard to his shop. We have lived in our house for 27 years, fighting with our gate. Robert fixed this problem and my husband and I are thrilled with the work and fair pricing that we received from Total Home Repair!!! Will definitely use them again!
