Rick Thompson with 3rd Gen Flooring was the best tile and bathroom repairman we ever had! He was outstanding! We had a perplexing and potentially serious leaking problem between our shower and tub, and Rick diagnosed the problem, worked diligently all day long for two straight days, and even professionally cleaned our shower for us. He made it look better than it did when it was installed! Rick was totally dependable, professional, honest, knowledgeable, and so pleasant to communicate with during our time together. He always kept us informed, has the most reasonable rates, and is someone we would absolutely call again, without hesitation. We highly recommend 3rd Gen Flooring to others! 👍
