"Frontpoint customer service was great. However, the product is self install, which wasn't for everyone. Because of the trim on our doors, we had to scotch tape the alarm , and it constantly falls off. Of course we cannot cancel the product since its been past the 30 days but its disappointing its not made for all door types.

"Bryan and the My Smart Security team are awesome! I switched from ADT and got a better system at an even better price! The installation was quick and customer service is unbelievable. Bryan was able to work with my budget while still providing me with the quality security system I needed AND the smart home features I wanted. The auto lock is great for having out of town family visit without worrying about being home in time to let them in. Now all it takes is a few clicks on my mobile app!

He spoke with me in a very professional manner and put me at ease right away.
