"Zack was so helpful getting my new liner ordered and setup for installation. Then he personally fixed the pump when it went out. We love our pool and our service received at Kirsplash! Always above and beyond, thank you."

We Fix Broken Pools, Hot Tubs and Spas. I'm a State licensed swimming pool contractor. I can build them too, but there's so many poorly built and broken ones, I stay busy with just renovating, repairs, and making old ones work and look like new again. Our specialty is custom repair solutions to your pool and spa - equipment, resurfacing, deck refinishing, liner replacements and leak detection. If it sits on your pool equipment pad or under your hot tub cabinet, we can fix it. If it's cracking, flaking, feels rough and looks dirty, we can refinish it. It's a great time to save money with the many energy-efficient "green" pool and spa equipment options new to our market. And a great time to invest in your backyard oasis with the resurfacing necessary to enjoy your pool for years to come. We are a family-owned business, born and raised in North Central Florida - Go Gators! For over 15 years, we pride ourselves on on-going industry training to stay ahead of the curve on the newest, money-saving pool and spa equipment technology. We are North Central Florida's Only Mobile Pool and Spa Repair Center "We fix broken pools and spas" That says it all. We come to you and do a thorough evaluation of your pool and spa equipment system. We identify what is causing the problem and what is needed to properly fix it. Our technicians are trained to provide accurate diagnoses, cost-efficient solutions and respectful customer service as the priority.

"On Apr 4, 2020 paid $808 for spa part technician said they need to order for the repair. After calling multiple times they finally contact me 5 months later to say the part arrived and they would be out in a couple weeks to finish the repair. That was Sept and now it is mid-Dec 2020 and never called back to finish the job. Fast to cash the check, but 8 months later, still haven't completed the job."

Pool and Spa Servicing questions, answered by experts

The general rule of thumb is to lower it by about five degrees when you know you’re not using your hot tub for an extended period of time. With only a slight decrease in temperature, it will be easier to increase it to a desirable level when you’re ready to get back in the water instead of starting from scratch.

Follow these general safety tips for spas and hot tubs:

  • Keep your exterior electrical receptacles covered and dry, especially around your hot tub and pool during periods of use.

  • Make sure you have a GFCI (ground fault circuit interrupter) properly installed to ensure no one gets accidentally shocked or injured by electrocution.

  • Don’t use the hot tub or your pool during a thunderstorm.

  • Before using the hot tub, have a certified electrician thoroughly inspect your hot tub and its wiring to make sure you’re in full compliance with all applicable local building codes.

You can and should use a hose to fill a hot tub. There shouldn’t be anything special about the hose other than it shouldn’t be damaged. Kinks or leaks could slow down the filling process. Attach the hose to the nearest spigot and get the water flowing.

It’s possible to move a hot tub on its side or base as long as it fits snugly in the moving truck, with plenty of padding around it. This moving method requires specialized equipment and careful planning, like moving straps, dollies, and moving blankets.

If you want to have a chemical-free spa, or if you are wondering how to keep your hot tub clean naturally, there are several options. Some individuals choose to run their hot tub without treatment at all and simply clean it more often (although you risk bacteria, fungi, and algae growth if you take this route); others use natural products like vinegar or Borax. Ozone, ultraviolet light, and electrolysis systems are also eco-friendly ways to have a clean hot tub without chemicals. Saltwater hot tubs are popular with people who are sensitive to chlorine, bromine, and other traditional hot tub chemicals.
