"They had me on the schedule for June 27 and weren't able to get to me. When they finally came June 28, they fixed the 6 lights before they left but within a week, 2 lights stopped functioning. They sent my bill to the wrong email address so I hadn't paid it. They called me demanding i pay, bullying me and rudely badgering me into giving my card number. They said it wasn't their fault, they had used my bulbs instead of theirs, and gave me $10 off my bill. They said I'd have to pay for another service call. I won't use Fraser Electric again!"

"I paid 9k for lousy service, poor workmanship, and just plain awful service. To be clear, I never write lengthy reviews unless something really upset me. But having an infant and a two-year-old, I must let others know AA AC repair is not a good choice for their family. I was waiting for a year to pass before writing my review of AA. Since Day 1, we have had issues with the quality of work and the system itself. The first 4 or 5 times they came out was due to poor workmanship when they connected the air handler to the ductwork. My electric bill got higher, and then one day I noticed my garage was cool. They came out on four separate occasions to fix it. I then had a home inspection done, and the inspector told me it was cold in my attic above the air handler. When my father and I checked, the air was blowing straight out the box above the air handler where AA cut an X in the duct junction Box to install it initially. The patchwork was very dodgy at best and covered with a still wet sticky Spackle and tape. I fixed the massive hole myself as I had a very pregnant wife, and it was hot in the house. I then had AA come out within a day or two to fix the still leaking system around the ceiling \air handler where you could feel the air coming out the bottom of the air handler and around the seal in the attic. The tech, most likely through no fault of his own, put a hole in the ductwork when climbing up in the attic to check what I reported. This was probably due to a 2x4 end sticking out near the entry point. Anyway, it wasn't there the day before, and when they reported it to me he calls the management first, and they said to charge me $900 to fix it. Well, I said **** no and would get someone else to fix it. Come to find out, the tech had already fixed it, and it only took a few min. This shows a lack of corporate values and morals. The nerve of them trying to rip people off and two different employees confirmed this habit. The Coup de grâce in this train wreck was when I woke up, and it was 80deg in the house, but both the air handler and outside fan were running but no the compressor. I call AA, and they said it would be a $259 trip charge which surprised me, being that I haven't had it for more than a year. I protested but paid the trip charge in the end. Long story short, the starter capacitor is a $15 part that takes 10 min to replace and about 10 min to diagnose. They wanted to charge me a total of $599 to replace this part that's under hardware warranty. I asked to speak to a supervisor multiple times with no luck, it wasn't until the supervisor called the tech a 2nd time, and he told her she needed to call me that she did. The supervisor was very rude and not understanding at all. She could not articulate why it cost so much except that its flat-rate, which they don't disclose during the purchase process or the service call. This system cost me over $9,000, and I have been expected to pay a total of $700 in charges to get this new system running. in conclusion, I wish I never heard of AA AC repair. I highly recommend you stay far away; they do not have end-to-end customer service from sales to service and are very deceiving. It is going to be cheaper to pay $42 a month for a home warranty in case my new AC system is installed by AA [*** Link removed ***] The worst. Finally, to be clear, this is a company leadership problem and not a tech problem."

"On Apr 4, 2020 paid $808 for spa part technician said they need to order for the repair. After calling multiple times they finally contact me 5 months later to say the part arrived and they would be out in a couple weeks to finish the repair. That was Sept and now it is mid-Dec 2020 and never called back to finish the job. Fast to cash the check, but 8 months later, still haven't completed the job."

"Terrible! Wish I had gone with another company. Here is the issue with Heavenly Heat. If your sauna arrives damaged or and issue arrives -- they have zero technical support. Your repairs will be done by any "joe" that heavenly heat finds to do the repair in your area. They will have no experience with Sauna's and are given no instructions regarding the chemical free aspect of these sauna's. The worst part is the buyer, me, was treated as if I was the problem for wanting my sauna repaired correctly. I would have refused the delivery had I realized I was receiving a damaged sauna and would have to spend hours and days trying to get this resolved. The owner, Bob Morgan, is extremely responsive before he has your money but after, is a different story. When inquiring about the sauna he would respond generally within 10 minutes. After you purchase, and particularly if you have a problem with it, you are treated as if you're a nuisance. My sister bought a competitors sauna around the same time and the service she received from knowledgable representatives was a world of difference from my experience. My other issue was that there were shipping delays and Bob would never communicate them. I would have to pursue him to get information. I think they make a decent sauna but I would not recommend for reasons stated above."
