Initial attempt to repair leaking pump was unsuccessful. Had to replace pump. My only complaint would be that the initial repair attempt wasn't tested. This caused some delays in getting the new pump ordered and installed.

He was great. He responded quickly to our inquiry, reviewed the problem, gave me a quote and did the job that day. He gave advice on how to work on my pool and performed another service call to work on my vacuum line for free. He was friendly and very knowledgeable.
