We went over the renovations room by room and was given a good estimate of the probable cost.

The effort was a little longer than expected but the work was good and delivered as expected.

He came out when he said he would and he was very personable and professional and knew what he was doing, 10,500 was not in the budget for that small house. He is use to doing high end homes on that are on the beachfront, which are 2 to 3 million dollar homes. He has a very good reputation, but he is so expensive. I would consider using him.

I originally got an estimate from Mark to replace some rotten siding on my former home. He was a bit higher than a competitor, and I chose the competitor - wish I would have gone with Mark. Later, upon moving to my new home, I needed quick repairs to my roof after some minor damage from a storm. He was prompt, professional, and his pricing was very fair. I will be needing a new roof in a few years and I will absolutely call Mark.

I contacted this roofer to get an estimate on a roof repair that needed to be done on a house that I was purchasing. The repair was required as part of the home inspection which determined a water leak in two locations of the roof. I was referred to this contractor by my realtor. I also found another roofer which was highly rated on Angies List to give me a second estimate. When this contractor arrived, he noticed the realtors name on the For Sale sign and declined to give me an estimate because he receives a lot of buisness from the selling realtor. I preferred to have my own contractor perform the repairs rather than the seller's realtor's contractor. Since I was the one that would be living in the home I preferred to have a contractor that I was comfortable with and would be able to deal with on warranty issues. This contractor would not talk to me once he arrived, he stood in my driveway and only spoke with my realtor. He wouldn't even look at me. I thought that was a bit rude. He also did not want to examine anything but made comments looking at things from a distance (but did not seem sure of what he would do). I am glad that I met him before I allowed the seller to go with him for the repair. I eneded up requesting that the roofer that I found on Angies List perform the repairs and it seemed to go well with them. I believe this contractor derives most of his buisness from working with realtors.

He quoted $18,000 which was was really high. I did not feel like he was that professional in the way he interacted with the customer. He seemed like he was guessing about a lot of stuff, and he said he would have to follow up with me about that.

Mark, the owner, came by to inspect the job and promptly emailed me the estimate. When I had commited he asked for a third to buy supplies and began the work on the date promised. His men were working by a resonable hour in the morning and evening. They let me know what they were doing and when it would be complete. They cleaned up after each day and watched out for my dogs. Mark's crew worked tirelessly and were very nice.

Overall this job went extremely well. Mark came to my house and measured the roof, explained the quality of the products and placed the order for me. He was in constant contact with me through the ordering process and his crew came to the house the next morning and started working. They would have completed the entire roof but they ran out of material. Still they completed well over 90% of the job that same day. Next day they came as promised and completed the work efficiently and professionally. Awesome experience !

They were very prompt and very thorough. He did a fast repair and we have not had any problems with his work. He was very professional and we would recommend him.
