amorguard exteriors was hired to change a screen room to a sun room. it was their guy who was to do the official measurements. but while they measured for the windows, they blindly ignored the back door. when it was time for installation, Sam the installer said the door would not open to the outside as designed and installed it to open to the inside. this never worked because from the begining the door would not open all the way. it scrape and completely stop. it could be installed the correct way because the door hit the gutter. their mistake. they would buy a correct smaller door, so they went to Plan B which was to cut 2 inches off the bottom. now i have a door that looks inferior and just d*** odd. also Rick the sales manager is a LIAR! he will tell you anything just to get a sale. also if you simply want to talk to Kevin the owner, they will pass you around to every body in the building. i've never seen a more teflon owner. buyer beware and i am a customer!!!!!

They were on time, did nice work and cleaned up. The two guys who actually installed the gutters were awesome - but unfortunately I know that because the salesman and the production manager dropped the ball.
Mike came out and gave the estimate, picked the color and scheduled the installation. A week later we decided that we wanted the color changed from the house color to the trim color. I called and Brian, the production manager, said no problem. When the guys came to install the gutters he said immediately, "I knew this was a mistake before I even got here. No one uses this color on a whole house. It's used for things like bright white sunrooms." He told me that Brian should have questioned the color choice when I called and that Mike should have come back out to get the correct color. I had used the color samples they left...but they were WAY off. So...for $3426, I think that's pretty lousy way to do business. Thank goodness for the install guys who were willing to help me get the right color put on!

Installation went great. We would have preferred a different color going down the sides, but we didn't pay for that initially, so that was our mistake. The installation went well, they showed up on time and did a good job installing the gutters, even where it was at the top of our two-story house. However after all the rain we had, I begin to see where some of the screws are protruding and starting to rust, also they didn't leave me enough room to put the runoff paver after telling me I needed to do that. The quality was so-so. The installation was great, and that's why I gave them a lesser score.

The work looked great. After cleaning the eixisting gutter they blew off the patio. Installed new gutters on the main house and the in-law cottage. Added drainage piping to allow flow of rainwater away from the house. Installed the rain barrels (though they said they don't normally do that). They also dropped an old phone line in order to get the gutter up (also not something they normally do). Everything looked great. About 3 weeks ago we noticed a bad leak in the gutter. We call and they came out and fixed it immediately! Awesome people to work with.
