He constantly fought with the city on our behalf for the necessary permits. After a lengthy battle he obtained the necessary permits. Vega came in to head the construction aspect and was also a "star". They obtained every necessary inspection and passed each one with flying colors on the first attempt. Everything was completed on time and it was a wonderful experience. I would NOT hesitate to use Star Construction in the future."
