I explain to him the problem on the garage door he quoted me the price over the phone without having to come and look at the job and was at my house within the hour and did the job excellent work I highly recommend them very professional and honest..

The crew was very personable and respectful, but the end result was not what I would consider a professional installation. I am normally a DIY person, but I figured this COVID thing is seriously hurting local businesses, so I opted to hire a professional instead of doing it myself. The end result was less than professional. I paid $465 dollars for the installation and everything did operate correctly when it was demonstrated to me. It wasn't until later the same day and the next day that the issues became very evident. I took me three hours of my labor to rectify the problems to my personal satisfaction. The company did contact me and said they would resolve the issues, but I declined their services, they had their chance to do it right the first time and they failed me, I did not want to have a 'round two' experience. I do wish I had done this job myself. Had I done this job myself, I would not be writing this review. They have good reviews, maybe I got them on an 'off day'.

The service crew arrived with positive attitudes and confident of the job at hand. they explained the process and were extremely efficient and careful with the entire installation. Clean up and product demonstration was unexpected but a welcoming touch to a job well done. True professionals.
