Extremely bad, unbelievable mistakes. Horrible experience. Didnot respond to correct it untill they were told that part of credit card payment is withheld. Very incompetent owners very rude on the phone. Too dumb to understand what they have done! On top of it tgey blame the Corona virus for their inefficient response, eventhough it happened before this pandemic started.

"We were contracted to redo her floor, install 2 cabinets, and a couple pieces of Slotwall. There is no issue with the floor, cabinets or Slotwall. During the installation of the cabinets, we cut a pipe. It was not immediately known to the crew or our company that is what happened until a few months after we finished the installation when the pipe began to leak. This client made us aware of the issue while our owners were out of town. We spoke to this client and gave her instruction on what to do until we could get there to check out the situation. One day after that, we receive an email from this client accusing us of doing this on purpose and purposely discriminating against her. We sent a reply to her email stating that the client’s accusations were unfounded. Once we checked out the situation and removed the cabinet from the wall, we immediately had a plumber fix the pipe. Shortly after that we scheduled for the wall to be repaired and painted. The day before we were scheduled to come out and reinstall the cabinet and clean the floor, two of my guys told us that they could not make it in the next day because they could not find a babysitter for their kids since they were out of school because of the Covid-19 closures. We had no choice but to contact the client and cancel the following day’s install and cleaning. During the course of rescheduling, the client sent an email threatening to contact her credit card company and dispute her final payment. After responding to her email, she agreed to let us finish the reinstall of the cabinet and cleaning of the floor. We fixed everything that we damaged and made the client 100% whole again. We have apologized to this client on many occasions. This is was all finished March 27th and now she writes this review which is rife with inaccuracies."

I interviewed several companies to do a limited organization of my garage. Nathan from Garage Makeovers listened to what I wanted, came up with a plan to meet my budget and then adapted the plan to my changes. The installation team were professional, quick and very efficient. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and the organization we now have in our garage. I highly recommend Garage Makeovers.

Excellent! Garage Makovers was very attentive and easy to work with. We were actually out of town (Tampa), having just brought a home in the Parkland area. Marta and Dave were very professional and made the entire experience smooth. They even offered to move out garbage that was in the Garage from the prior home owners and sent us pictures of the job after it was complete. We arrived several weeks later to a beautiful garage. Initially spoke with Marta in the office. She was very professional and provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision on using Garage Makeovers or not. I decided to use them based on reviews from Angie's List, Marta's conversions, and other information. We scheduled a date and time for the installation. On the scheduled date I received a call indicating that they had a cancellation and if it was okay to come early. Great news for me., and of course I said, come on up. Installation went very smoothly and took just about the time Marta had estimated. Although I had provided a deposit with a credit card, I opted to pay the full amount by check, for which they were grateful. Definitely recommend Garage Makeovers to others.

They did a 2-car garage, ~415 sq ft of grinding, patching, application of epoxy and flakes, and top coat. It's been 9 months and job still looks good. It has lifetime adhesion warranty.

Very good job - I would use them again. Only glitch was several small hardened sealer spikes that were cut off once I pointed them out. Also some pressure to pay by check.

Nathan came and quoted for a garage makeover and also the epoxying of out screened patio floor. Nathan gave us a good price for both but we decided to go with the patio floor first. The guys, James and Travis arrived on time if not earlier and got to work straight away. They ground down the floor to a smooth finish on the first day. There was a lot of dust generated but they did such a good job vacuuming up the dust it was not an issue. The second day the epoxy flooring was installed and it took only about 4 hours. It looks AMAZING!! We couldn't be happier. This is a class act company and we are looking forward to our garage makeover! Thanks, Nathan for a job well done!!

I had a situation where we were going to be closing on a condo purchase in 2 weeks. We were only going to be in town for 5 days after the closing and I wanted the epoxy floor installed before the moving truck came in two weeks. Marta from the office was very responsive and helpful to my email inquiry and told me the schedule would allow the floor to be done during the 5 days that we were in town. Nathan was scheduled to come out the afternoon of our closing on a Friday and provided a quotation and showed us flooring samples. We agreed on the price and colors and they scheduled the team to come out on Tuesday. Eddie (team leader) arrived Tuesday morning as planned. He was excellent. He explained each step of the process and by the end of the day, the floor was finished. It looks so good I don't want to drive on it! I was very pleased with every facet (inquiry, responsiveness, pricing, communication). I HIGHLY recommend Garage Makeovers to anyeone.

They did a good job. Knowledgeable, hard working, conscientious. The crew leader, James, was particularly friendly and easy to work with. The only slight negative about the experience was the pressure to pay by check instead of credit card. But overall I'm very happy with the job and I'm happy to recommend them.

I’m not one to write a negative review about a contractor/vendor but I believe it is important to share our negative experience with Garage Makeover and their work with the epoxy Garage Floor. Nathan and his company came recommended to us from other Neighbors. When we hired them (December) the start time was between 8-9 am. They didn’t show until close to noon because of some sort of scheduling mishap. They took a lunch break They finished the job about 6:00. Right away we noticed some dull spots and divots and the workers said that would even out when dried. We didn’t use the garage for 5 days (told only needed to wait 3). The Floor does not look clean or even. Nathan (who we believe to be either the owner or manager) came to look a couple of months ago and said to just clean it with water. As this is our vacation home we aren’t here that often. This visit we used a scrub brush and are still unable to clean the floor. It is rough, dirty, uneven and has dull spots. Again we had Nathan here. He blames the air, the gardeners, my sneakers as well as “I don’t know what you bring in here!” He took some water, got on his hands and knees and scrubbed and said see? I said the spots are still there. With that, he said “well I’ve done this for 12 years and 1500 of your neighbors like my work and I’ve done all I can” and he left. I’m sure that many people that used Garage Makeover are still satisfied with the work. I’m also aware that good companies can occasionally do a bad job. My issue is that Nathan will not address the issue or take responsibility (rushed job) or rectify the inferior work. Buyer beware!

Very punctual and professional crew. They had to remove old epoxy that another contractor had applied and that was cracking and peeling. Then they put in the new epoxy flooring. It looks great! Very happy with the job they did.
