"We were contracted to redo her floor, install 2 cabinets, and a couple pieces of Slotwall. There is no issue with the floor, cabinets or Slotwall. During the installation of the cabinets, we cut a pipe. It was not immediately known to the crew or our company that is what happened until a few months after we finished the installation when the pipe began to leak. This client made us aware of the issue while our owners were out of town. We spoke to this client and gave her instruction on what to do until we could get there to check out the situation. One day after that, we receive an email from this client accusing us of doing this on purpose and purposely discriminating against her. We sent a reply to her email stating that the client’s accusations were unfounded. Once we checked out the situation and removed the cabinet from the wall, we immediately had a plumber fix the pipe. Shortly after that we scheduled for the wall to be repaired and painted. The day before we were scheduled to come out and reinstall the cabinet and clean the floor, two of my guys told us that they could not make it in the next day because they could not find a babysitter for their kids since they were out of school because of the Covid-19 closures. We had no choice but to contact the client and cancel the following day’s install and cleaning. During the course of rescheduling, the client sent an email threatening to contact her credit card company and dispute her final payment. After responding to her email, she agreed to let us finish the reinstall of the cabinet and cleaning of the floor. We fixed everything that we damaged and made the client 100% whole again. We have apologized to this client on many occasions. This is was all finished March 27th and now she writes this review which is rife with inaccuracies."
