Frank had a problem getting a permit from the City of Lake Worth, even though Solar Shield is Dade County approved. He persisted and arrived on time.
The old roof was removed without damaging any plants, which was a concern of mine. Frank and his crew were respectful of my property and conscientious about clean up. The new roof was applied in 2 days, including pictures taken for the purpose of mitigation.
Rain falling on the metal roof is not any louder than on the shingle roof. I love my metal roof, and it will increase the value of my home.
