The first time I used Frank and his company was to remove an old tree and 3 stumps and a general yard clean y up. He was on time, tree was felled and all 3 stumps removed, Along with tree limbs etc the removal and clean up was excellent. The 2nd time I had 2 ciumps of old dead trees and a myriad old branches and palms that needed clean up. All was done promptly and according to plan we had agreed on. He even repaired my Fence. I hired a tree stu.p removal service . Expecting to get the stump ground up and gone . The guy was on time and very polite. I sent him pictures of the stump prior to his arrival. He came without the proper tools and didn't seem to know what to do to remove it. So he tied a chain to it and pulled it out of the ground .leaving exposed roots I questioned that so he cut the roots off at the ground with an offer to return when they grew back. Seeing that I was not happy he reduced the cost of the job. The stump is not in the ground now but now I have to figure how to remove it which is what I paid him for . He had the grinder on a trailer but never used it .I'm not sure what his understanding of stump removal is but it's still here
