I told Johnathan, and his wife, that I wanted high quality paint and Kilz. I said I would buy the paint and Kilz from Home Depot but Jonathan assured me he would use Sherwin Williams and that it was better paint that Behr. The day they arrived, I asked for the receipts for the paint and the Kilz. They said they forgot it but would bring it the next day. I have requested the receipts numerous times. After seven months, Jonathan finally admitted that they didn't use the paint or Kilz in my house. A week after they painted, the paint started peeling off the walls. I called Jonathan and came over and looked at the walls and peeled some of the paint off the living room, and bathroom walls. Jonathan made several excuses, but then said he would bring the Sherwin Williams representative to check the paint, after the representative came back from vacation. I called Johnathan and asked when he and the representative were coming overJonathan made excuses why the representative couldn't come. I asked Jonathan for the receipts so that I could contact Sherwin Williams on several occasions, he finally admitted he didn't use the paint I requested or the Kilz, that he used stuff he had in his shop. I have texts of the conversations. The paint he used is not one coat coverage, it looks more like a whitewash instead of paint and it is peeling off the walls. I paid for a high quality full coverage paint and Kilz, that is not what I received. My house has been in disarray because Johnathan kept saying he would come fix it but he never has. I have had to pay for canceled MD appointments, and dog boarding, only for him not to show up.

I would highly recommend JC Precise Custom Painting! Their work is exceptional. You can tell that Johnathan and Cindy love what they do and it shows in their work! Our home is now beautiful! Very competent and always treated our home as if it was their own. I would hire them again in a heartbeat for any other painting needs we may have in the future!
