Our coordinator Cheryl was disorganized and unreliable which resulted in multiple delays/errors throughout the project. The actual work done was excellent, and that is thanks to the subcontractors used. Paul and Dex were wonderful to work with and we appreciate their professionalism. It’s unfortunate that we cannot recommend this company to all our friends and family who are now asking about the beautiful finished product. Based on the unprofessionalism and poor customer service we received, we will not be using Kitch-encounters for the rest of our remodeling plans or recommending them to anyone."
