The bone dry folks were fast, professional, and friendly. It could not have been an easier process. They are not only helpful in taking care of the water issue, but they are a tuned to what it is like to be in a mini crisis. The whole crew was really a great support on top of doing a top notch job. I will never use anyone else, but they are trustworthy and excel at their craft. Lord willing, I will never need them again, but if I do I know that I will be in good hands.

They were amazing! They helped me with everything! Kind, professional a great group! They had to come back 3 years later and help me again due to a subcontractor drilling a hole in a water pipe that leaked the entire time! It was a mess, but they put me back together like new a second time! I would definitely use them again, but here's praying that I don't need to. ?

Restored my trust in service companies. I had no idea what I was dealing with at my home in Tallahassee other than my current renters were insistent on performing a full-home test for mold and eradication... they ordered the tests and sent me the $1000 bill. The report I received indicated that a single bathroom and adjacent closet had growths that should be addressed. I called Bone Dry Restoration. Karen "talked me off the ledge" and provided at great deal of insight as to the process to assess and address any potential concerns. I then spoke to Jeff and provided them the reports from the lab the did the tests. He offered to go by my house and assess for the best solution. He was prompt, courteous and professional both with me and my tenants. He called me immediately after his walk-through to advise that issues are minimal (well below the 10 sq-ft affected area) that would require remediation so out of their purview to address. He made several recommendations on as viable means to address that were cost-effective and would ensure long-term resolution to the issue. For both Karen and Jeff's time and advise they did not charge me (although I offered). They were fantastic to work with and I would highly recommend as a company that is founded on integrity and customer service first and foremost!! Of note, another company offered to do the eradication only at a "discounted" cost of $1550 (which was simply applying a product to the 2 small affected areas).

Jeff, the company owner, showed up on time with a crew of two.  They checked the closet and attic in the area of the leak.  No mold was observed in the attic and the mold in the closet was determined to be superficial.  I was given instructions on how to clean it (a simple process) and Jeff would accept no payment.  Obviously not a guy just out to make a buck.

I was able to do some of the work myself. They came out, gave me an estimate, and then finished the job for me. They did a good job, and even worked with my insurance company for me. They did a good job, were friendly, and were easy to work with. Next time I have a flood, I will use their business.

The house was messy and it was smelling too. It was a very awful situation. My neighbor called his friend who is a plumber to fix the problem. The plumber sent out somebody the next day itself and it was a Sunday morning. The guy who came out turned off the water and recommended me to call Bone Dry Restoration and Cleaning. It was kind of like a cascade effect there to get things done. I had someone come in and cut the grass, but never had someone come in to check my house. A rat chewed the pipe and that's when the problem started. We had the restoration and cleaning team come out to get the work done, as it was a health hazard. They were terrific. I would recommend them to anybody and they aren't like a big chain of companies. Jeff Grant and his crew were very good. We were very unhappy and desperate about the situation and didn't know what to do. When they came in, they started by blocking the areas that had the mold and fungus. They brought in huge drying machines which were industrial sized machines and they left them work for days for drying all the stuff off because almost everything had saturated. The protection people are very careful and they wear white suits with ventilators so that they don't get exposed to the fungus, mold and other stuff. The gentlemen wearing the suits go in and start ripping the place apart. They saved the toilet as the toilet could be cleaned from all fungus and mold. The sinks could also be saved, but all the wall material, the under flooring and anything that has been affected by the mold and the fungus that cannot be washed cannot be saved too. They basically skeletonize the area. They also use a huge tunnel blower where everything is blown into some kind of a container that collects all the stuff. People actually can get sick from this and it's an environmental hazard. I haven't seen the place since they have finished. I have only been talking to them over the phone and I would be going down on the 17th. I have imagined that there's not going to be much left there. I have also lined up a plumber for some plumbing job and as of now he has just stopped the leak. He is now going to go and take care of the plumbing. He also told me that the electricity was okay and was unaffected by the mold. I don't know as to how to evaluate the price for such a job and I was glad that Bone Dry Restoration and Cleaning did the job. They did a great job. They did it well and also in a timely fashion. They all just go in and do it, as they know how to do it. They bring in a guy who is an environmental specialist who writes a protocol for what has to be done in order for the job to be done safely. They then follow through on his protocol. The environmental guy came out to write the protocol of what needed to be done and he took notes. He then decided and sent a written copy to the Bone Dry guy. The Bone Dry guys started off their work. However, we had to come back. They continued and finished the job and also called us when they were done. I also sent him a cheque. We got there sometime in October and it took a month for having the big dryers and the suction thing to remove all the air borne fungus into their waste container. They couldn't even start until they hadn't done that for at least a week. The price that I paid them for the work done was worth it. People who are familiar to this sort of thing don't realize the health implications. We could have got the work done by someone else for a couple of hundred dollars and we could have started living there, but god knows what would have happened. It would have affected us and I have grandchildren that come down to visit us and I didn't want to expose them to it. I didn't want my children to be exposed to such a problem or anybody else. There was a lot of labor involved. There was a hot spell in late October and they had the white suits on with ventilators. The suits didn't have pores, as they didn't want anything to get in and affect the workers. The temperature was around close to a hundred and they wore their white suits. Then they were in there hour after hour ripping out walls, pulling things up and loading the truck. They were taking breaks, but I thought that they would faint. I provided them with ice water to keep them hydrated. That went on for days too. They not only provide service for the Tallahassee people, but they also go to Georgia and other states. They have enough trucks and personnel so that they can serve a pretty wide spread area. It makes everything worse especially in Florida where the the humidity is pretty high all the time. If that had happened here it wouldn't have been as bad because we don't have that kind of humid conditions. Overall they are good.
