I have worked with Myles and Debbie on two major projects over the past few years. They maintained a great line of communication, with updates to the scheduling of subcontractors and budgetary needs regularly. We have been very happy with their work and would not think twice about hiring another contracting company. They outperformed their promises in every way!

What a great experience. Debbie, Myles and all of their workers were very nice and easy to deal with. They were always prompt, communicated with us on every step, and were always willing to make adjustments as needed. I've had other work, some recently, done by other contractors, and the difference in professionalism is startling. I would definitely recommend Reynolds Home Builders.

The Most Dependable contractor and crew we've ever experienced. Our experience was A+ overall. They show up and work when they say they will -- they call if there's an issue when they can't be on time. Pleasant, professional -- they will work out the smallest issue to your satisfaction. Myles' upbeat personality makes it a pleasure to work with this company -- Debbie made us comfortable all along the way as to money. We are already doing a second contact with them - new decking and storage area underneath. Can't praise them enough!

Reynolds Builders provided the best experience we have ever had with a contractor and their crews. Debbie & Myles are a team that worked hard to give us the best outcome possible for the project and they made it happen as efficiently and timely as possible and we are very happy with the beautiful results. Communication, which is always key to a successful outcome, was excellent -- our input was noted and they kept up with our comments and concerns. Debbie is serious, definitely not a waster of time, and at the same time also friendly and easy to talk to. She handles the administrative aspect - she is responsive and patient with any and all questions about how billing works and made us feel comfortable to bring our various inquiries to her -- we were impressed with her ability to cover all bases of our concerns and do so in always a fair and straightforward manner. Myles -- well, If you ever saw the old Ed Sullivan show with the man who kept a series of plates spinning on long sticks all at the same time, going by each one to give them a good hard twirl to keep them spinning -- well, that was Myles! His plates were electricians, painters, plumbers, tile man, cabinet man, carpenter...and us! Truly Myles kept the process and the progress always moving forward - I don't know how a man with so many "plates" can be so easygoing and good-humoured but no matter what, he was a pleasure to work with -- he is a problem solver, a presenter of options and an extremely knowledgeable professional of all of the details of building and renovating. Reynolds Builders works only with Top Notch subcontractors -- the electrician was very knowledgeable and impressive; the painter oversaw that his crew accomplished a high camber job; the tile man was an artisan, he didn't just slap up the marble tile in the shower, he has a eye for arrangement and the result is stunning; their cabinet man was another artisan who took our old medicine cabinets and made them elegant (saved us a lot since we couldn't find a single cabinet anywhere that would fit into that cavity) -- it goes on and on. Whatever issue came up (and there weren't many nor a single one significant), it was addressed fairly and to our satisfaction and that's an outstanding quality in a contractor. We highly recommend Reynolds Home Builders and you'll enjoy working with Debbie and Myles.

I request a quote to be done and I did not receive a call back for 2 or 3 days. When I did get a call I was asked if the issue was something the tech could see by themselves or if I needed to be there. I told her that I would have to be there so she promptly told me that she needed to call her carpenter and see when he was available and then she would call me back. About 20 minutes later I get that callback and she gives me a time when I was working. I told her this much and she responded by telling me I should just hide a key for her. I have never met this woman before. I tell her that I will try to find someone to be at the house (she gave me no other time options) and if I can I'll call her back. I was unable to find anyone and the appointment time comes around while I am at work. The women calls me telling me she is near my house. I managed to get a friend over there so she can look at the house after which the contractor calls me and tells me I have thousands of dollars worth of termite damage. I had an inspection before I bought the house and I had a second quote done right after her both of which stated there were no termites. Overall unprofessional and a potential scam.

Reynolds Home Builders did an outstanding job. When we were looking for a contractor Debbie was the only one who actually listened to what my fiancé wanted as opposed to trying to talk her into what they wanted to do. Miles, the Forman responded promptly to every call. As with all big projects there were a few bumps in the road. However, Miles and Debbie addressed every concern we had. They and their team were very professional. I am typing this review while sitting in our new room and enjoying football. I highly recommend Reynolds Home Builders.

Went very well - was very pleased with the result. Any issues were dealt with immediately and were resolved satisfactorily.

Work was outstanding. There were some delays but overall we are pleased. They respond immediately to calls. Very pleasant. We made some changes mid project and they were very flexible.

Reynolds Home Builders was fantastic. Debbie was quick with her estimate and once we chose her it was easy to agree on a start date for the project. Myles managed the project and is flexible with style of communication with the customer. He called or texted me to keep me informed and I could always check the Buildertrend app on my phone to see the overall schedule. He also checked on the project in person periodically (as did Debbie) to make sure we were happy with the result and to address any questions or concerns we might have. All of the subcontractors were professional, friendly, on time and did excellent work. I'd hire Reynolds Home Builders again for any future projects.

Everything was done in a timely manner. I was very pleased the way it turned out. It was exactly as I had pictured it!

Awesome ! I have used this company for years and Debbie has always done an amazing job for me . Also on time and within our budget.

Siding was replaced on my home due to wood rot. The new siding matched so perfect that you could not tell the new siding from the original. This was completed in a timely and cost effectively manner. Reynolds Home Builders meet the Gold Standard of any project that they have completed for me.

We are more than pleased with the work being done by Debbie and her sub contractors. They are always there at the agreed upon time and all of the work being done has been exceptional. We are 99% finished. All that remains is the shower glass to be installed. The framing, sheet rock, tile work, and painting is finished and the quality of the work has been exceptional. Debbie is coming by tomorrow to give us estimates on 2 more remodels we are considering. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Reynolds Home Builders to anyone considering a remodel. They are very professional, prompt, reasonable, and easy to work with.

Debbie met with me and got a feeling for what I needed. She then did the measurements. She suggested the layout for the bathroom and using sliding doors for the new closet in the bedroom. Debbie gave me the names of several of businesses she works with and who to see about tile, fixtures,etc. Debbie gave me a written quote and set me up on their website so I could check the calendar to see when the subs would be coming to do work. The subs that she uses are friendly and professional. The whole project was finished in a timely manner and I am thrilled with the end results. I am now in the middle of a kitchen remodel with Reynolds Home Builders.

She stated they where booked out and unfortunately they could not do this kind of work in a timely manner,, especially she said with storm coming they would be getting a lot of calls for water damage, but it says she does this kind of work, guess she only does bigger jobs, not from damage maybe, didn't quite understand, just got her off Angie's for general contractor and I needed one, living at residence inn.

Yeah, it's a long time ago, several years ago. The price wasn't bad. It would depend on what I was having done actually, but yeah, I would consider using Reynolds Home Builders again.

Myles and the crew at Reynolds Home Builders brought in the lowest quote on my garage remodel. They did a great job, responded quickly to any questions I had, and even allowed me to follow their schedule and progress via an app called Buildertrend. I'm very pleased with their work. Myles made sure I was satisfied with the finished product. I recommend them without hesitation.

Working with Reynolds Home Builders was the WORST experience we have EVER had with a contractor. Debbie Reynolds will promise that she can do anything and she seems very capable, but soon found out that she and her crew did not have the ability or professionalism to complete the job. The work was supposed to be completed in 6-8 weeks, but dragged on as her crew showed up 2 - 3 times a week for a few hours. The work they did complete was of such poor workmanship (see pictures) that much of it had to be redone. When there was an issue her solution was to charge us more money. After many delays, cost that kept adding up and work that didn't pass inspections we fired her. The crew kept showing up anyway so we had to threaten a trespass order against her. We wound up having to do work ourselves and hire our own sub-contractors to finish the project. Then found out that she placed a lien on our property for non-payment for a job that she never finished. We will probably wind up taking her to court to lift the lien. This has been nothing but a huge frustration. Save yourself stress, headaches and over-charges and NEVER USE THIS CONTRACTOR!!!

She was absolutely amazing! She helped and/or advised me on how to handle the situation. I'm just really blown away because she didn't have to, she's never met me before in life! We talked for about 45 minutes. One of the best people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. She runs a well oiled tight ship! If I ever have any thing that needs to be done, she's my first call!

The contractor/owner, Debbie Reynolds was extremely knowledgeable and ensured the house was constructed according to plans. I let her know I wanted a low-maintenance home that was well-built with excellent materials and that is what I got. She and I met regularly to review the building process and identify any areas that needed changes. The site was close to my previous home so I visited it every day. Sub-contractors came as expected and any issues were resolved quickly. Debbie was always very professional and diligent to see that I was happy with the process and results. She is a great problem-solver and even had a suggestion about where I could put the cat litter box - a small alcove in the hall that's unobtrusive and handy to clean. The house is beautiful and we are very pleased.

Joe came with high recommendations and lived up to those expectations. He gave me a selection of plaster options for the ceiling that was peeling. They covered everything including the walls and paper trailed from the outside of the house to the back room where they would be walking. They worked well and efficiently together. They job was completed quickly and he also plastered a few places on other ceilings when I asked if he could. They were a little late due to an over run with the job prior to mine, but Debbie kept me informed of what was going on and when they would get there. I can highly recommend them. When my ceiling finished drying, it looked beautiful and I smile whenever I look at it.

She did a wonderful job. Her workers were polite and very punctual. The guys that worked for her had never built a pergola before but they assured me that it could be done and they did it according to my specifications. I was totally satisfied.

We had a family emergency out of town when service was scheduled. When we returned everything had been done to perfection.

Excellent tile work. Debbie was always on top of her team.
