Used an AL coupon. Three women came and worked hard. Since I used a coupon, there was limited time for them to clean. However, I would use them again this time for a DEEP clean.

We hired Betsy and her crew to do a deep cleaning of the entire house. They did a professional job, arriving on time and thoroughly cleaning the whole house. We have now hired Helping Hands to clean on a regular basis.

Our house had been under repair since July and was full of construction dust and grit. I was very pleased that they were able to schedule a time within the same week that I called. Betsy and her crew cleaned the entire house from top to bottom: ceilings, walls, light fixtures, ceiling fans, hardwood/tile floors, carpets, cabinets, showers/bathtubs....everything. They were very conscientious and kept me informed of their progress throughout the day. Following their work, it was wonderful to walk into a house that smelled clean instead of like construction. I was very happy with the work done and comfortable moving all of our belongings back into a clean home.

We have used them several times and they do outstanding work every time. One would not normally think experience is needed to do this type of service, but they clearly prove that experience is the difference between a professional cleaning and an average cleaning. In general, Betsy, Sarah, and Tabatha have been very pleasant, thorough, honest and trustworthy. They worked hard and the quality showed each time after they left. Don't listen to all of the bad reviews about the big deal. I can appreciate the other members' frustration. However, Betsy is fabulous! So, I thought I'd leave my own review. When Betsy first told me the price for the deep clean, I thought it was high. However, she and her team did a fabulous job with it. I've lived in this house for 2 years with 2 dogs. I don't think my house was ever as clean as it was after they were done with the deep clean. They cleaned the oven (which was gross), the fan blades, the a/c vents, the baseboards and all of the usual stuff. The only complaint I have is that they don't clean windows. However, that is something that is shared up front, so it's not really a big deal. I'm just lazy. As far as bi-weekly cleaning goes, Betsy worked with me to pick a time that works for regular cleanings. On the first visit, she scheduled me all the way out through the end of the year, which is fabulous for my busy schedule. Overall, I am very happy with how clean my house is and especially how well they get along with my dogs.

Betsy and her team did an outstanding job on our home, spending several very long days - plus extra time taking curtains to the dry cleaners - until every single inch (and I mean every inch) was cleaned to perfection. I asked them to do a very deep cleaning of the ENTIRE house, which included everything in the kitchen, all the windows, baths, floors, light fixtures, insides of closets, blinds, stairways and all surfaces that could be cleaned or wiped down. I was not disappointed. This team does the most complete cleaning job I have ever seen. (a small example: the plastic kitchen cabinet liners were not just wiped clean; they were removed and soaked in soapy water). In short, the cleaning team was meticulous, honest and reliable. Betsy was also very easy to communicate with, returning calls or texts within minutes or seconds, providing before and after pictures, and consistently going above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. Considering the amount and quality of work they did, their pricing was more than fair. Please hire Betsy and her wonderful crew!

Betsy and her assistant came out to the house last month to walk through and assess how long it would take to do the cleaning I wanted done. On the day of service, they arrived on time and set to work. The kitchen and bathrooms sparkled when they were done and everything smelled fresh and clean. When they took a 5 minute break, Betsy said she would take 5 minutes on the the end of the time so I got the full 8 hours. You will get your money's worth, especially if you are a perfectionist.

You paid for 8 hours of work and we worked very hard doing as much as we could from what you wanted. I am sorry that you were confused about this but what you received was the promotion. Betsy and her side-kick are very friendly and helpful. They immediately set to work and performed all the services that we had agreed upon, including taking apart a rather complicated living room ceiling fan and giving it a thorough cleaning. My house had a sparkle to it after they finished. I have contracted with them to come every other Thursday to clean. I'm glad I found them and obviously I'm pleased or I would not have them coming back.
We are new to this area and they provided me with a lot of information that one get's only after being around a while.

Excellent job and attention to detail by both Sarah and Beth. They were courteous, respectful and very considerate when cleaning around furniture and electronics etc,.
I will definitely be having them come by to clean my apartment again and would highly recommend the company to interested customers.

I have been using Helping Hands for around 10 months now and wanted to submit a new review instead of updating a previous review, which I have already done, since I have been working with her for almost a year now.
Because we trust them with our home and our three small pets, Betsy and her crew have flexibility if they come in the morning or afternoon, but they are always scheduled for the same day, once a week. However, if I ever need to them to be a little flexible, Betsy goes out of her way to try to accommodate whatever it is I need. If she notices that an area needs a bit more particular attention, then she takes the initiative to handle the issue, provided it can be done within their regularly scheduled time period. If there is an issue that requires a bit more attention, then she checks to see if she can come out a bit earlier to get a jump on that project. Betsy is always open to any extra request I may ask of her without any hesitation, jumping on it with her willingness to put out a professional service with a high level of satisfaction.
I have not hesitated to pass her name around, including my boss, knowing that my reputation would not get tarnished. I am incredibly grateful to have her in my life.

First of all, I had difficulty contacting the company to schedule. After contacting Angie's List, they contacted me and we scheduled for over a month away. This was a Big Deal through Angie's List and she said that more appointments than had been agreed upon had been scheduled. That was OK with me as I had company coming in and a party scheduled for the last weekend in May, so we agreed on May 28. They were to arrive at 9:30. At 10, no one had appeared and no phone call had been received, so I called, got voicemail and left a message. Shortly thereafter, I received a phone call; they were on their way from Quincy, (I live in Tally) and would be arriving in about 30 minutes. So, they were over an hour late, which was frustrating since I had a number of things to do in preparation for the weekend. It was explained that the operator of the business, Becky, had experienced a family medical emergency the night before and that was why they were late. (Becky later called me, having gotten my voicemail, and was distressed thinking no one had shown up. I explained that 2 ladies were here and Becky told me that she had LOST my contact info and could not contact me until I called her. While I understand family emergencies, this is not a professional way to run a business.)
As far as the cleaning goes, I was not impressed. I have new tile floors in the house and wanted them vacuumed and mopped; they sprayed some type of solution on the floor from a bottle and wiped it up with a dry mop. They spent most of their time in the bathrooms, which needed a good cleaning, but the glass shower doors were not cleaned sufficiently of soap scum and the sink in one of the bathrooms had to be cleaned after they left. There was little to do in the kitchen and dining room, as these rooms had just been completely remodeled, so all surfaces were clean, just needed a minimum wipe-down. The ladies were very nice, but I was not satisfied with the cleaning, nor with the fact that they were an hour late. It is very hard to find a good cleaning service in Tallahassee!
