"We highly recommend Lifestyle Patio Enclosures. My lanai enclosure extends our living space and looks awesome. The workmanship was superb and the project once begun, was completed quickly. They have a process in place, that keeps you abreast of every step of the project. Again, I highly recommend LifeStyle Enclosures."

Small jobs welcome

"After renovating our pool and patio area with new pavers, we needed landscaping done that would hide our wooden fence and compliment our new renovation. Central Services West provided what we were looking for. Designer, Caitlin, suggested planting low palms along the fence, removing the "grassy" area that remained after the renovation of the patio area and then covering that area and dressing the plantings with stones. Foreman, Taylor, and his crew did an outstanding job of completing the project in one day. Both Caitlin and Taylor were knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We are more than satisfied with the results and highly recommend them."

Customers say: Quality work

"Terrence managed the work well from the beginning to the end. He asked for all the permits at the Pasco builing department, he removed big trees roots, dirt and the existing concrete to build a magnificient driveway and patio I asked a quote from 3 companies, he was the most competitive of the 3. $5500 total all included"

Patios FAQs, answered by experts

In most cases, you can attach a greenhouse to any type of house. However, certain factors need to be considered, such as the structural integrity of the house, available space, and local building regulations. You should consult with a professional contractor or architect to assess the feasibility and ensure proper construction methods.

Yes, but ensuring the deck has a solid foundation with adequate footings is critical before building, as the weight of a sunroom will put significant pressure on the structure below. Even if your deck is properly constructed, it may not be able to handle the extra weight. While some basic, lightweight, prefabricated sunrooms can sit on a deck with a strong existing foundation without additional supports, in many cases, the foundation and joists will need reinforcement. It is always best to have a structural engineer perform an inspection to evaluate the deck's quality and structural integrity. A professional can help you decide if reinforcement is sufficient or if it's better to tear down the deck and start over.

The average cost to screen-in your patio ranges from $2,000 to $4,000. How much you spend depends on the size of your patio, the materials used, and construction complexity. Some patio screen room kits are easy to DIY, but you may need to hire a local screened-in porch builder and obtain permits for more complex designs.

Yes, with custom measurements ensuring perfect fit and function.

A screened-in porch can add value to your home, but it won’t count toward the total square footage at an appraisal or when it comes time to sell. A screened-in porch is not fully enclosed, usable year-round, insulated, or heated or cooled, so it doesn’t meet the requirements of livable square footage in most locations.
