Used neighbors house without asking - ran out of material - said they were complete & lef.

They completed are job in two days. 6000 ft of sod and removed the existing grass. Been two weeks Water as recommended grass is green, growing good and seems are already disappearing. Very happy so far. Workers were very polite and company answered all my questions promptly even when we made a last second request. Not cheap but would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you for the beautiful lawn. Job well done.

From the beginning of the project to the end they were extremely professional in every regard. I worked with Katelin and Taylor and they were both fantastic! We had sod installed in our back yard with new landscaping around the entire house and it all looks fantastic. They communicated very well through the entire project and the installers were all courteous and showed pride in their work. I would highly recommend them!

After renovating our pool and patio area with new pavers, we needed landscaping done that would hide our wooden fence and compliment our new renovation. Central Services West provided what we were looking for. Designer, Caitlin, suggested planting low palms along the fence, removing the "grassy" area that remained after the renovation of the patio area and then covering that area and dressing the plantings with stones. Foreman, Taylor, and his crew did an outstanding job of completing the project in one day. Both Caitlin and Taylor were knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We are more than satisfied with the results and highly recommend them.

Itâ s hard to describe how happy we are with our paver/irrigation project. Starting with the initial estimate from Scott, the experience was professional and high quality. Caitlin did a fantastic job with communication and planning, Taylor did an admirable job running the project and crews, and every single worker pitched in to get it done in record time. The quality of work is impressive, as was follow through from office staff and management (Scott) when a few tweaks were needed. All in all, a great experience. We will definitely be using CSW again for future projects.

They were very thorough and very accommodating. They planted new plants very nicely, checked the sprinkler system, and fixed a plant that was falling over (an old one). At another property, they did another beautiful job with palms, flax lilies, and coral rock borders. It looks really great.

On time, on budget and did solid work. When we found a broken sprinkler head after the project they sent the first available guy to fix it. Good job and looks great.

Caitlin came out and was very professional and ready to provide recommendations as requested for our backyard, Her ideas impressed us so much in that she was able to envision more for our backyard then we could, so we gave her the green light after seeing her mock up. She provided CSWs licensures, permits and workers' compensation for its employees. CSW came as scheduled with an entire crew ready to work! Caitlin was there and was able to provide us with the plan for the week, ur I mean the next 3 days, ha! I was in disbelief that they could manage to finish the LARGE job in just 3 days. They started on Monday and was done by Wed night, wait, what!? They prepped/graded the existing grass, furnished and installed (28) 15 gal areca palms, (2) 25 gal Triple Foxtails, (4) 7 gal Red Tis plants and (6) 3 gal Croton plants, They furnished and installed walkways and patio with concrete edging in the backyard and side yard. They modified our irrigation system, installed brown river rocks in the backyard and later around the entire house, Finally, they installed a lighting system that illuminates our new backyard. We were so pleased with the results that we asked for an additional project to be done and signed up for monthly service to keep our new yard and the rest of out property looking like the envy of the neighborhood! This company is very responsive to requests for quote, installs on-time and provides excellent work. The staff is courteous, clean and well-mannered as well as knowledgeable. The sod and irrigation system installation was completed very professionally and above my expectations.
