He helped me refine and improve my plan with professional advice involving types of concrete, installation processes, design, and grading. He personally supervised the project from beginning to end and kept me informed. The job was completed within one week of contracting, but would have been done sooner had I not picked the rainiest week of the Florida spring to put out my bids. Manasota Builders was very reasonably priced relative to two other bids. Unlike larger companies, they keep overhead low and pass it on to the consumer. They skip all the fancy equipment and do a high quality job with the expert hard work of their very capable crew. And still the job was completed over just two days."
