Shutters were installed in late March but Nathan somehow didn't put 2 windows (in front of house) on quote, didn't know till installation, which then they were ordered (text message on 4/14 with Nathan confirming) then got the run around for 6 months. Then they started not responding at all, my husband wrote a review on Google hoping that would help them contact us and get our shutters completed. I received a VERY unprofessional text message from Nathan at 1:35am on Sunday morning (uploaded screenshot of text) he also called my husband a liar on google and threatened us with lawsuits and to come by to see my hubby. A complaint has been made to BBB with all pics of text messages for last 6 mo. along with local police were contacted. CHOOSE WISELY PEOPLE!!!!!"
