"Thank you for your comments. I am sorry you feel your window treatments were not as good a value as you anticipated. We did go over all the costs and you did sign the contract which explained those costs. Custom draperies and custom constructed drapery rods are not in the same price category as? store-bought? window treatments. We at Casa Bella pride ourselves on giving a high-quality product at a fair cost. Our retail prices are always less costly than other custom drapery companies."
