Five Star Painting of Lake Mary

This was my fourth time using 5 star. Ronaldo is a professional from the first phone call to the payment . He shows up during the job to ensure you are satisfied. Very nice, great communication. The painters are all neat, polite, and communicate well also. Edwardo painted two rooms last week and didn’t spill a drop, so neat, very polite. I always recommend 5 Star to all my friends. And neighbors. And the prices are comparable to others in the area or lower. They use Sherman Williams paint, lasts long and cleans well.

It went really well. I had them in 2019 to paint the inside of my house. They were awesome. They did a really good job and I also recommended them to several people.

Great job! Punctual, clean, respectful of my property, no money exchanged until I was satisfied . Communication was excellent! Price was competitive. Everything was professional. They didn’t leave any mess, didn’t play loud music, no bad language, showed up early every day, cleaned up after lunch, they left me any leftover paint. Power washed, sealed gutters and any cracks, then painted.

Work was done very well. Trim work was very neat.

Ronaldo and his crew did a great job painting the exterior of the house. I requested him to manage the job with me not present and all went well. I decided to hire them to paint the interior with some drywall repairs and again, with me not being present. Everything turned out well and I will definitely hire them again on the next painting job.

Great, Ronaldo submitted a estimate that we could work with made some changes and received an additional estimate as was discussed in a timely manner. All work was completed as promised and in a timely manner (weather permitting). Ronaldo made it happen to my schedule .Alex and the crew did a great job.

Ronaldo gave us a great price and was very professional the whole time. Worked very well with our designer to execute a specific theme color and we have lots of compliments from clients and vendors! When the actual color didn't turn out like what we envisioned even if they were using the paint we asked them too, they took the initiative to call us quickly and were flexible enough to wait for us to make changes. The overall project came out awesome!

These guys did a terrific job. All of the paint lines at the ceiling are straight, which is one of my pet peeves. I am very happy with the outcome and Ronaldo was easy to work with.

It was done over a holiday weekend in the time frame that was given. It is an awesome paint job and looks great! The only negative is the clean up was not as good as I expected but overall the job itself was great.

Exceptionaly well Five star company did an excellant job and finished on time and was very easy to work with, We plan on getting quotes from them when we are ready to repaint the buildings.

It was eight days before the job was complete. Painting started on time, but stucco repairs were started four days late. Painting was interrupted to let the stucco dry. The texture of the stucco repairs did not match the existing stucco. When the job was complete, there were places where the previous paint color showed through and were touched up at the very end of the job as the painters left. It seems like every window was left with paint on it. The front door was painted shut and the leaded glass windows were painted over. There was paint on the door handles, pool screen, lanai rug, furniture, deck pavers, concrete driveway and gutters. There was obvious overspray along the north side of the roof. We are unable to see all the edges of the roof, and think there may be more overspray. The provider offered to clean the pavers, driveway and roof with paint thinner. We declined because we felt that this could make the problem worse. We withheld $500 to repair the damage done. We are beginning to think that the fix will be much more expensive because there is no way to clean dry paint off the roof shingles without damaging them. We have done our best to be very objective in this review, and have photos to document the problems.
