"Angie, you need to do better when vetting your businesses. After speaking with Justin Wise and getting what I thought was a great price to move items from FL to MN my husband and I decided to hire M & D Pro Movers. They picked up our items on 4/3/25 and were told we would have it in 7-10 business days by Justin. However when they came to get the items the price suddenly increased. We paid the extra $1700. It has now been 30 business days and we still don't have our things. Selene, the so-called office Mgr is rude, aggressive and very loud. Whenever she decides to answer the phone, she spews one lie after another. She originally gave my husband and I are date of 5/23 to have our things. That date changed to 5/15 and as of today she now says they have until 5/21 to deliver our items. She never has an answer when I ask where our things are but she can tell me about other people's things. My husband and I want our things. My mom's ashes are, I don't know where at this point."

After giving me an exact price and saying that ?of course the movers have all the supplies needed like wrap and Dollie?s, etc.? he wanted to charge me additional fees for the use of the material that were never discussed when I spoke to him originally. Unfortunately, the owner was very deceptive and clearly tried to pull a fast one. I only paid what was agreed upon. The movers were amazing! I have zero complaints about them."

On the day of the move we hit a snag, as there was someone else moving on my floor at the same time and we only had 1 elevator. They made the most of it and we moved a lot of stuff down 4 flights of stairs in a timely manner. Trustworthy and competent!"
