"Have you ever heard the phrase "a hop, skip and a jump." That's how our work was completed. Technicians were 45 minutes late, arrived in a vehicle with no company logo or any identifiable means, lied to our face about cleaning certain areas, then had the nerve to become angry when notified, became condescending when asked to do the work over in certain areas. After all of this, one of the technicians disappeared and we assumed went to sit in the car again. Also, we believe one of the so-called technicians ripped out our front screen door from it's frame. I will exp!ain, earlier one of your technicians was able to keep the front screen door open by sliding a metal piece on a bar when they arrived, this allowed this door to remain open while they bring their equipment in. The door WILL NOT close when this mechanism is in place. We wondered why said technicians did not set the latch back and close this screen door when they departed since they opened it. It was left wide open, we found out why. When my 81 year old mother went out the front door to request a receipt your technicians were already in the car departing, they yelled that the receipt would be emailed, as she turned to come back in the home she tried to close her screen door by sliding the latch back, the latch would not budge and the whole screen fell out of the frame on top of her with a touch. The only action that would cause this to happen is if someone had tried to close the door with so much force with the latch in place that the screen was ripped from it's frame. Since my mother or I don't have this kind of strength we have to assume that it was one of your technicians that tried to forceab!y close this door. The fact that your technicians were in the car leaving with the front screen door wide open leads us to believe they already knew about the damage. If we had actually saw this done you would be hearing from our lawyer instead of receiving a bad review. Would we recommend Oxifresh? NOOOOO"

"I discovered petpee.com when I was searching online for ways to remove the urine odor from our 10’ x 14’ Karastan wool oriental rug. I had planned to clean the rug myself, but I was intrigued by the videos I saw on YouTube of petpee.com’s owner, Meir Martin, demonstrating how he cleans rugs like mine. I called him and got a quote of $1079, which included shipping both ways, cleaning the rug, and a guarantee that I would not be able to detect any urine odor when my rug was returned to me. After getting over the sticker shock, my husband gave me the green light to send the rug to petpeepee.com. I think he was more interested in getting rid of my constant complaints about the urine odor than the actual odor itself! Mr. Martin walked us through how to pack up our rug for shipping via UPS, having us send him pictures to make sure we had prepared it properly. Even though we followed his instructions, I received an email from UPS 5 days later that my rug had been lost. I was regretting my decision to send my rug off for cleaning, UNTIL Mr. Martin worked his magic! I’m only the second customer in all the years petpeepee.com has been in business to have her oriental rug go missing, but that was to my benefit, because Mr. Meir knew exactly who to call (in Utah, of all places!) to track down my rug. Mr. Martin called his contact at UPS every day to check on whether my rug had been found and kept me posted each day for a week. On the seventh day after UPS reported my rug had been lost, Mr. Martin called me with the happy news that my rug had been found!!! Apparently some of the tape I had used to secure the label to the package was not completely flat and caused the label and bag to tear. Mr. Martin received my rug via Next Day Air from UPS on August 23 and began the cleaning process the next day. I loved receiving videos and pictures of the rug being cleaned and getting updates from Mr. Martin throughout the process. We received the rug back on September 2, and it smelled as fresh as it did the day we bought it! It looked so clean and new – worth every penny we paid to have petpeepee.com clean it. I really need more than five stars for my recommendation of petpeepee.com and Meir Martin. He is a true professional and the best communicator of any service provider I’ve ever encountered. I will be sending him more rugs soon! When I do, I will be VERY careful about packaging them, including using a HEAVY DUTY bag and taping multiple labels on the inside and outside of the package and making sure EVERYTHING on the outside is smooth and flat. "Used them once and the service tech smelled HEAVILY like cigarette smoke, quite repulsive. He was also curt and short but did a satisfactory job. The second time I used them the owner accompanied the same tech due to me reporting him. The job went more smoothly and I was satisfied. The third time I scheduled and had to cancel ahead of time due to illness and then rescheduled it. The day it was rescheduled for, the water to the whole building I live in (condo) was going to be turned off. Owner/scheduler was notified 24 hours in advance -as soon as I knew- and she was curt and abrupt about rescheduling and gave me an ultimatum that this was the last rescheduling allowed. It didn’t really matter that I had no control over the condo management turning off the water to the building for plumbing repair. Update as of November 19th Carpet cleaning. Fact remains that the water was SHUT OFF to the building and since you require our water to do your job, you couldn’t do it. And secondly, with all due respect, you could use some spelling and grammar lessons."

"First of all, the office staff (Alexis and Savannah) were very helpful and extremely patient with all of my questions. The scheduling and payment process was easy; the email reminders were very helpful. The technician, Nick, was ahead of schedule and called to see if he could come early or did we want to keep the original scheduled time. He was not at all pushy about coming early and wanted to do what worked best for us, which we appreciated. Once he arrived, he confirmed the work scope, explained the process, answered our questions and then got right to work. Our area rugs turned out beautiful! The cleaning process was straight-forward and dry time was great! The rugs were not that old, but one had a "pet accident" and needed professional care (pic shows pet stain GONE). Once dry, they felt and smelled like we had just bought them.....Clean and fluffy with no residue! We have two dogs that walk/lounge on the carpets so the "no residue" aspect is/was very important to us! Feeling comfortable with the Zerorez company and their cleaning process, we decided to have Nick take two additional area rugs to their offsite location for a good deep cleaning, as they are quite a bit older and in need of more thorough care. I'll update their status once we receive them back. We will definitely use Zerorez again and highly recommend them for rug cleaning. They were professional from start to finish and did what was agreed to at a reasonable cost."
