Used them once and the service tech smelled HEAVILY like cigarette smoke, quite repulsive. He was also curt and short but did a satisfactory job. The second time I used them the owner accompanied the same tech due to me reporting him. The job went more smoothly and I was satisfied. The third time I scheduled and had to cancel ahead of time due to illness and then rescheduled it. The day it was rescheduled for, the water to the whole building I live in (condo) was going to be turned off. Owner/scheduler was notified 24 hours in advance -as soon as I knew- and she was curt and abrupt about rescheduling and gave me an ultimatum that this was the last rescheduling allowed. It didn’t really matter that I had no control over the condo management turning off the water to the building for plumbing repair. Update as of November 19th Carpet cleaning. Fact remains that the water was SHUT OFF to the building and since you require our water to do your job, you couldn’t do it. And secondly, with all due respect, you could use some spelling and grammar lessons.

"I am sorry your experience with me this time was not pleasant, but with all do respect the reschedule that would have taken place for your condo buildings water to be turned off would have been the third reschedule for this appointment. The first time you were sick, which I completely understand, I was notified via text and asked to set the appointment for the the next Monday. Then I was notified via text again that you wanted to change it to Tuesday because Monday was a holiday. I did not have Tuesday morning available so we had to set it for Wednesday, then was notified via email that the Wednesday appointment needed to be rescheduled."

Fantastic from the start to finish! We were going out of town for several weeks and I had to book over a month in advance. I did not know of a good company, off the top of my head and decided to check Angie’s List and Home Advisor. C&C came HIGHLY recommended and their reviews were stellar. So, I called ... + I ended up speaking to both Craig and his wife, Crissie (sp?) over the set-up and the various changes that occurred due to some issues on our end. They were both helpful, professional and extremely (to the max!) some of the best people I’ve ever worked with and the work that Craig did on the furniture, carpets and tile was stunning. EVERYTHING looked brand new! Literally, brand new! As a matter of fact, part of the reason for all the cleaning was that we were getting ready to begin showing our house to sell it. The cleaning took place on August 2. Our realtor saw it on August 7 and thought it was new carpet and that the tile looked magnificient — even asked for C& C’s business number to get her carpets cleaned! The house It went on the market the following weekend. The first people to see it this week placed an offer and we have accepted it. THANK YOU, C&C CARPET and TILE CLEANING and Angie’s List! Can’t thank you enough :)

Great job with the cleaning. Good deal, and she was very helpful determining how best to meet our needs. A little disappointed would not help move any furniture, but the results with the carpet were terrific, even the pet stains. Would happily hire again!

The service went exactly as expected. I called and made an appointment. They provided an estimate over the phone when I called, based on my description of the work needed. I received an email and a text confirmation and reminders. The employee called about 2 hours prior to inform me of the expected arrival time. The employee arrived exactly when promised. Everything went great.

Excellent! Carpets looked good (too old to look great, but absolutely clean). Special attention was given to dog stains and completely removed. Have used A&C for about a year now and will not even consider using anyone else.

The carpets look great, but I was never told that my rug and chair needed to be taken to their warehouse to be cleaned because they were on harwood floors. That should have been conveyed over the phone when I was getting the quote. I ended up not opting for that work to be done.

The carpets were cleaned one day and the tile / grout on a different day. Douglas called about 30 minutes before his scheduled appointment and was punctual on both days. He was efficient, thorough and polite. All work was performed to my satisfaction.

Being a big DIY undertaker I thought I could clean my floor with Oxy Clean, manual scrubbing, and a $400 Oreck Orbiter machine I had saved for. After one room, I realized I wasn't getting anywhere. I called A&C after looking on Angies List and spoke with Tracy. She was really sweet and setup a tile/grout cleaning and sealing of the grout for the next morning. Four years of living in the home with two dogs had done some damage. Let's also not get into the painting projects I had done, and had dripped paint everywhere. The amount of damage was pretty bad, but Douglas assured me he could get better results... and they did!!! They got up not only all my paint, but the dirt that had really penetrated the tile and grout that I just couldn't get no matter how hard I tried (I was only able to get surface dirt with all my supplies, A&C got the dirt that was deep in the floor). The tile looks beautiful and new now... and the dog smell is long gone. We are so impressed we will definitely use them again to help maintain the tile. I only wish I had called them sooner!!! They're another Angie's List win in my book.

It went very well. The technician called ahead of time and arrived at the appointed hour. We reviewed the areas to be cleaned and she set expectations with me. The tile was laid down nearly 20 years ago and although we have regularly mopped the floors they have never been professionally cleaned. The tech was concerned about some stains and wanted to make sure I understood they may not fully come up. Fortunately, all the problem areas came out completely and the floors look great!
