They do good work. The price was comparable with everywhere. With them if they do some work and you're not satisfied they will come back out and redo it at no charge. They have good communication and they call you a week before to make sure the date stands and they will call you a day before and they call you the day they're coming to make sure that someone is here. They do communicate with you very well.

I am just not pleased with the work that they are doing it just seems like I have a light color carpet and they were suppose to put the scarf guard down but there was some stain on the carpet that they couldn't clean up and I was able to later took some cleaners that I bought from home depot and put it down on it and it got the stains off. They should have said if the stain is still there call us back and we will come but I just feel like if you are not satisfied they are to come back and just don't charge you anything.

I have the same team all the time. I have a guest house and a main house. They do that in 2.5 hours. They use green cleaning products. It is lot easier for me that I don’t have to clean.

My only real problem was that it seemed a bit expensive, but there was quite a bit of work involved. Like New Carpet Cleaning did a great job with the repairs and cleaning. There is a noticeable increase in the quality of the air in the house now.

I would not allow anyone else to clean my carpets. Like New Carpet Cleaning does outstanding work. They get old stains out as well as pet stains. My puppy quit going on the carpet after Like New cleaned it, because the pet smell was totally gone.
