BEWARE: Beware of fraud! I paid $1000 up front. When the group came to the house, they said they needed another $100 for an extra guy. Then Jason said he could not cash my check, so I wrote another one, for $100, he cashed both checks. Then he sanded 2 rooms and some of the hallway, then left. We have still not heard from him half of the job is finished. When I call, all I get is answering services that takes my information and then says someone will be in touch. Then nothing happens.

He was on time and he was nice but the job wasn't that great. It didn't look like much changed after he did it. It wasn't as effective as I thought it should be, maybe it's the carpet. His price was very good.

Jason and his team were very pleasant and did what appeared to be a good job. However, in less than a week after they completed the job at least half of the grout had opened up again and at our main entry way a crack returned exactly where it was repaired. 

Our experience re the initial work was fine. But, the lack of any customer service is extremely puzzling and shows a lack of interest in the customer. So, unless we hear back from them and they address our issues I can only rate them at a C-. That this has happened is surprising in that Jason seemed very interested and provided his comments as to the best way to proceed. Hopefully, they will call us and schedule a visit.

Clearly, the quality is less than acceptable given that shrinkage and cracking is already returning in less than a week.

The initial estimate & setting the date went smooth.  Jason showed up on time, but I was working and my husband was at home. I had asked my husband to ask them to clean up before they left but some how it came across (via my husband) that I wanted them to clean the grout first.  So cleaning solution was put down & Jason said he would have to return on Monday to finish.  When I got home this left me totally confused & frustrated as I did not ask for my grout to be cleaned but to be replaced, so I called Jason and he said he thought this was the communication from my husband (which I believe to be true-my hubby does get confused some times).  But Jason assured me this would not change the estimate and was very kind to me though I was very upset;  he explained everything to me in detail so I would have a full understanding.  He showed up on time for the second visit and finished the job by re-grouting my tile as I asked.   The price he quoted is what I paid and I think it was fair.  Even with all the confusion it turned out being a pleasant experience and the patience he had with me, I would DEFINITELY hire him again.

Very hard to get in touch with. When they finally returned my call we scheduled appointment for 2:30 - 3:30 arrival on 3/14/2016 and they never showed up!!!

Great! Was happy to accommodate requests. Also cleaned my oriental rugs beautifully. I would recommend to anyone, and will use this company again. They will be my first call.

The original contact was fine. I purchased a deal on Angie's List and they contacted me immediately to schedule service. They showed up promptly and performed the work well. The problem started about 2 months later when I noticed that a section of grout they replaced had crumbled already. I called to get them to come redo it and talked with Jason. He asked what company I had purchased the service from (???) and said they had merged with another company and would have to look at their records and call me back. I said fine, but it's a high priority to me because I'm selling my house and need to get it repaired, plus a few other spots I had noticed. He said he'd call the next day. It has been two weeks and I haven't heard back.
