First of all, the office staff (Alexis and Savannah) were very helpful and extremely patient with all of my questions. The scheduling and payment process was easy; the email reminders were very helpful. The technician, Nick, was ahead of schedule and called to see if he could come early or did we want to keep the original scheduled time. He was not at all pushy about coming early and wanted to do what worked best for us, which we appreciated. Once he arrived, he confirmed the work scope, explained the process, answered our questions and then got right to work. Our area rugs turned out beautiful! The cleaning process was straight-forward and dry time was great! The rugs were not that old, but one had a "pet accident" and needed professional care (pic shows pet stain GONE). Once dry, they felt and smelled like we had just bought them.....Clean and fluffy with no residue! We have two dogs that walk/lounge on the carpets so the "no residue" aspect is/was very important to us! Feeling comfortable with the Zerorez company and their cleaning process, we decided to have Nick take two additional area rugs to their offsite location for a good deep cleaning, as they are quite a bit older and in need of more thorough care. I'll update their status once we receive them back. We will definitely use Zerorez again and highly recommend them for rug cleaning. They were professional from start to finish and did what was agreed to at a reasonable cost.

They were prompt and friendly, however our new countertops were used for training a new guy. First issue: Upon completion there are circular scratches on the edge of one countertop, ironically the same size as their cleaner tool, neither my wife or the builder saw them before the service. The damage cannot be repaired according to cabinet vendor.. Second: I literally spent weeks finding rough spots and excesses sealant that I had to scrape with a razor to make it smooth again. Third: The technician said it should be done every couple years, but I can tell you, its already in pretty bad shape after 4+ months, around the sink its nearly gone. Lastly: I asked the tech for an estimate on cleaning /sealing the tile floor, but never got a word back on that.. which is probably best.

I have spent two hours this morning with a steam mop cleaning filthy residue off of the floor( you could see big dull streaks and the tracks from technicians shoes ( certainly a sign not clean)). Technicians truck was filthy and also used our hose for water in the house( thought they used some "special water"). $500 for essentially a mess, will not use again or recommend.

We also had a special, put some stuff down because we have cats and they get hairballs and throw up on the carpet so he put something down to prevent it from pet stains. We did that in our office and living room because that is where it happens most often. We were very pleased with the work and how the carpet came out. I think the price is competitive. They came very quickly after I called them. I think I called them on a Monday and they were out here on a Friday so that is very good.  the young man was very attentive, explained everything he was doing, why they use the chemicals and why they do it. Why you should use them over someone who uses soap and showed us a carpet with soap residue. He was very good, young but very knowledgeable of his product.

Did a great job and all the spots out. The carpet looked like new again.

The young man from Zerorez who performed our cleaning service was very professional both in his work and his demeanor. He took his time executing the cleaning process and was anxious to be certain that we were pleased. As an added bonus he did a superb "hand-cleaning" (without extra charge) of an area of the carpet that unbeknown to us had been "blackened" by the mechanical actions of one of our recliner chairs. We were also very impressed by the excellent carpet cleaning ability of the Zerorez process, which we had not been exposed to until the day of our carpet cleaning. We would surely not hesitate to utilize their services again or to refer others to them.

They said they could do great things, better than anyone else. Turns out they are right in the pack. The cost was huge. It was very high. They did not clean the edges. They had to come back and do that. They came right back out. They did not send the same guys out. They made sure to send the young guys that could not answer any questions. He did not know why he was back there.

They were able to remove all but one stain on the carpet.

It was probably $189. I think they were running some sort of a special, three rooms for that price or something. I was very satisfied. That was the reason when I needed to have my floors cleaned in the new house that I bought, they were one of the first companies that I called. Just as a general rule, I normally have several companies quote on something, just to make sure that the price is representative of what the market price is. If it's a company I've used before and if they're competitive, then I would go with them. So they had a competitive price. It actually worked out a little better because we did the estimate over the phone and the guy doing the billing, while he reported in, said he pushed us over and it actually worked out lower cost per square foot. It was a little cheaper than we were expecting. That's why it was good the second time around.

They cleaned Travertine tile throughout the house and cleaned the carpets in the carpeted areas. Between all of the services it was $563. So that was carpet cleaning for three rooms and then the square footage on the tile, they do it on a tiered pricing, the more you have a little bit cheaper it is. They gave us the lower rate for tile, even though I think we were like 50 square feet short or something. That's why it actually worked out from a pricing standpoint. They were very responsive. The only minor complaint that I would have is, when they clean the floor, whatever the cleaning solution kind of slings up on to your baseboard and when it dries, it becomes harder to get off. I don't think that that was necessarily noticeable, but especially underneath some of the cabinets in the bathroom and whatnot where the vanity sticks out a little bit, when you look down underneath, you could see where the dirty water was kind of slung up there and then after it dried, it became a lot more difficult to get off. So as a suggestion for them, I would say, "Hey, you have somebody wipe the baseboards after you clean, while it's still wet and easier to get off." It wasn't all over, it was some of the areas that were dirtier, was where the problem was. The workers were very good, they were very professional. They were very much wanting to please you.

Service was excellent.

It went very well, with two caveats. I didn't expect all of the dirts stains to be removed from the cream colored carpet, and they were not. Also, I have less expensive carpet in my upstairs, and it seemed kind of stiff after it dried for quite awhile. Even after vacuuming.

HERE ARE THE FACTS: Zerorez OPERATIONS MANAGER HAS BANDED FORT LUPTON INTO THE LONGMONT AREA VS THE BRIGHTON AREA RESULTING IN AN ADDITION 33% CHARGE FOR DRIVING 5 EXTRA MILES TO SERVICE THIS COMMUNITY. PLEASE NOTE THAT CLOSEST LONGMONT CITY LIMIT BORDER ON IS 21 MILES AND 31 MINUTES DRIVE TIME AWAY FROM THE WEST SIDE OF FORT LUPTON. AND BRIGHTON HWYS 85/7 MAPS OUT TO BE EXACTLY 5.7 MILES SOUTH OF THE INTERSECTION OF HWYS 85/52 FOR THE CITY OF FORT LUPTON, CO. THAT IS A HUGE DIFFERENCE IN DRIVE TIME AND IN "PRICE" BANDING. I spoke with the company manager regarding the distance and this is the result of the conversation. The Company insisted on charging me $150.00, an extra $51.00 to drive an extra 5.7 miles, to my west side home that borders Hwy 85 in Fort Lupton, CO 80621. The Manager, Jenny, refused to lower the price to the lower advertised price in Brighton of $99.00 for 3 rooms. But said she would drop $11.00 IN CHARGES THAT CUSTOMERS NORMALLY OCCUR TO USE THEIR BUSINESS. I tried to explain the LOGISTICS of the situation using factual figures and even asked to speak with their operations manager and she was very patronizing saying she would be glad to take my number and have him call me back "if he had the time". I have used this company many times for our home in Florida and have been more than happy with the results. And they drive a lot further in the than the mileage this ZeroRes Franchise would be driving. Jacksonville, Florida IS the Nation's LARGEST CITY in area size. I do not recommend them. They are unreasonable regarding the logistics of the their banding charges, plain and simple. The unfortunate thing is, Fort Lupton is a booming bedroom community with a beautiful view of the mountains and business's like Zerores are charging unfair prices to come here when they could very easily build a steady clientle and build their business base. But hey....what do I know. Again....mileage vs cost = 33% INCREASED CHARGE BECAUSE FORT LUPTON IS INCORRECTLY BANDED IN WITH LONGMONT BY THEIR OPERATIONS MANAGER THAT NEEDS TO GO BACK TO LOGISTICS CLASS 101

We've used Zerorez several times for cleaning our white berber carpet.  We really like their services and method.  Given the light color of our carpeting, we have to clean the high traffic areas about every 6 months.  Each time they're here, they are polite and professional, as well as efficient.  I like that our carpet feels damp for only a minimum amount of time after they leave.  We will continue to use them in the future.
