We just finished our fifth move with Chris over a 20 year time period. Three of the moves were within the LA area, and the other two were long distance. they are amazing. fast, caring, careful, efficient, punctual. and our friends that use Chris love them too. thanks, chris, for providing consistently awesome service !

Excellent and Professional! The process of selling and buying a home is a lot of moving parts and stress. After going through a handful of mover ads we chose Chris Moving Men. Chris went over our options, and we chose to pack our stuff since the house had so much clutter and hiring him to come in and move our stuff. They worked with us every step of the way. The movers are very hard working and dedicated. They were friendly and made the move easier on us. We highly recommend Chris Moving Men!

Couldn't stand the driver bill, the mover seems like he was on crack, and this gang banger bald guys could finished the job and they demand tips before they start the job. I dont believe this company does background checks. So if you a family person I wouldn't hired this guys.

After living in the same location for almost thirty-five years I decided to leave CA to spend my retirement in the state of NV. Over the span of time living in a single location, a three-level townhouse, I had acquired a great many possessions, many of them valuable. My biggest worry was finding a reputable moving company that would pack, transport and unload my furniture and household goods with the least amount of damage or loss. Angie’s List provided a good start in my search for the right moving company, but the final decision came down to a gut feeling from the choices presented on Angie’s List. I chose to go with Chris’ Moving Men in part based on price and location in relation to where I lived, but mainly on a good feeling I received based upon several conversations I had with Chris, the owner. Chris called me several times during the process to clarify the scope of the project. He also personally visited my home to see for himself the requirements of the job and the reasons for some of my concerns over how the job would need to be performed. As for overall performance by Chris’ Moving Men, I have nothing but but praise for the results in every category. All personnel were extremely cordial. They carefully packed all of my possessions. My furniture was well padded and wrapped to avoid any damage during moving and transport. Packing took place over the span of two days with loading on board the moving van taking place on the third day. All tasks were performed on schedule with no delays. With one day devoted to travel time, my goods arrived and were unloaded at the destination on the fifth day. I am just as pleased as can be with the overall results. Everything arrived totally undamaged. I am truly overjoyed. My thanks go out to Chris. Special kudos go out to Ron who was involved in all aspects of the project from packing, loading, driving the truck, to the final unloading at the destination. Very special kudos and my profound gratitude goes out to Bill who managed and worked the moving project from beginning to end. The overall success of the project is largely due to his diligence and hard work.

Chris and his team are the best movers I've ever dealt with. We found out about them because they moved out the seller of the house we bought and we saw them work when we were visiting the house before we bought it. They impressed us to the point that we hired them to help us. We ended up having a problem with the house we were moving into that caused us to have to rearrange our plans 2 days before the scheduled move. Chris took a lot of time to walk us through our options and worked something out to make it easiest on us. He was extremely personable and professional. The same goes for the teams who helped us with both the move-out and the move-in (between the two teams, we worked with 6 different movers from the company). Each of the guys on the teams was really friendly and was very careful with our stuff. I can't stress enough how great it was to have guys that we trusted right away and who made the whole thing fun because they were so enjoyable to work with. To top it all off, Chris was incredibly upstanding and stuck to his estimate even though we ended up going over it. In fact, they did such a good job, I voluntarily paid more to the company than what Chris said was due (I felt they deserved more than their estimate). Never thought I'd do something like that but that's how good these guys were. Honestly, the best movers I could possibly imagine.

A little longer than expected, but all things were moved professionally with no issues. The 4 man crew of Danny, Gabe, Robert & Francisco were professional, quick and pleasant to work with. Apparently there was a last minute change and the 2nd truck was smaller than planned and therefore required a 2nd trip. Since the move wasn't too far there was a delay but it wasn't horrible. The Man-Hours did over the written estimate, but I was not charged any extra which pleased me greatly.

Outstanding. They came in under-budget due to faster-then-expected move-in second day of two day move. All furniture assembly and disassembly done fast and accurately. Patient with requests for relocation and occasional indecision on our part. Very good-natured and at same time professional group. Team leaders would ensure standard and good practices.

They did a great job of carefully moving all of our stuff. Everything arrived in tact, and the movers were very helpful and professional. They arrived on time and worked for approximately 3.5 hours. Before hiring them, I called three other places from Angie's List; this was the cheapest option. In case you don't know (which I didn't beforehand) it is nice to tip the movers.

They were terrific but I was shocked by the price. They charge double time for driving time. Expensive.

We had a very good experience with them. I thought the quality was very good. He was right on time. They did a very good job. He was very courteous and very kind. He gave us all the details about the move that we needed and it was quite good. The workers were very professional. They took their time and take care for our things and they handled them very well and everything came out very, very well. We were very pleased. It was very clean. They swept up and mopped up the area and they made it very presentable. We were also very pleased with that.

The BEST moving company!!! I highly recommend Chris' Moving Men! Don't even waste time talking to other movers, just call this company. Seriously. The owner Chris was wonderful in figuring out the best options for our move. The costs are very reasonable, and the moving guys are wonderful - they work so hard and fast, but still handle items with care. So glad we chose Chris' Moving Men, it's not easy to find someone who you can trust to move your stuff for a reasonable price. Thank you to Chris and his guys!

From the time I called to schedule the move to the time of the actual move, Chris' Moving Men were very professional and easy to deal with.  My son and I moved a lot of the smaller items the weeks prior but I needed movers for the remaining big, heavy items but didn't want to hire a "big chain" moving company so I turned to Angie's List and found Chris' Moving Men.  The cost was very reasonable for the amount of items and there was no fluff added in the end.  The two movers, Jerry and Gabriel, communicated their arrival and were on time and ready.  They were also very nice and courteous.  I wanted the items protected but not overly wrapped since I was just moving a few buildings away so Jerry sensed that and therefore had Gabriel only wrap the delicate items and just pad the others which made for a quicker move. Jerry and Gabriel made the move upstairs look easy because they worked well together coordinating the items and working very efficiently.  Overall, a good experience from a reputable company; I would definitely use and recommend them!
