On 10/16/2025, Corey and Marlon installed a fantastic new gate in my backyard in Merritt Island, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. This gate connects my backyard to my neighbor’s, making it super convenient for them to pop over and enjoy my pool without me needing to unlock the front-to-back yard gates. Corey and Marlon’s expertise was outstanding—they pinpointed the perfect spot for the gate, set it at just the right height to clear my neighbor’s pavers, and designed the self-closing mechanism to open toward their yard, ensuring it’s sturdy enough to handle their large dogs jumping on it. "Consider using someone else before giving Carries Fence the opportunity to give you false promises. They changed my installation date twice, then installed the wrong fence; side by side and not shadowbox. They initially gave me resistance to correcting their mistake, but after some discussion they agreed to fix the mistake. Clearly a breakdown in communication within the company. After completing the job there were a few issues we requested to be addressed. I spoke with Debby at their office who promised me these would all be corrected immediately. The workers never showed, no calls from Debby or the office to reschedule or communicate their plan. Once they received our check things continued to get worse. Debby and Bob Coleman both retracted their promises and communication became non existent. We continue to have exposed nails which is not only a structural concern, but a safety concern for our small children and dogs. I would strongly consider giving another local company your business before placing your trust in Carries Fence company."

"PRC did an excellent job of installing a new asphalt shingle roof on our home. Our home's roof is unusual with many different angles, pitches and levels. Since we moved into this home 20 years ago we have continually had problems with the roof leaking. We have had the roof completely replaced at least 4 times. PRC is the only company of the 4 that actually created a roof that does not leak. Every other company seemed baffled by the roof's construction, as none were able to stop the leaking, and just gave up (after we had paid them in full). PRC was dedicated to getting our roof water tight and they did. PRC also helped us with restuccoing of exterior walls of the home and rebuilding an exterior balcony which had suffered water damage. Every person I worked with at PRC was professional, courteous and committed to making sure the job was done right, in a timely fashion and that we were happy with the result. I would (and do) recommend PRC to anyone needing a new roof, or having exterior work of any kind done on their home."
