"In general, it went ok.  They were professional and prompt.  But after they were done there was insulation blowing out of a vent into the house landing right on my bed.  FPL had tested the vents a couple of weeks earlier and said there were no leaks.  So, it seemed obvious that they had knocked a connection loose.  How else does insulation from the attic get into a duct and get blown into the house?  They promptly came back to check, but claimed there was no leak, but had no explanation as to the course of insulation that continued to blow onto my bed.
