Great service and well priced.

This company DID NOT RETURN repeated messages (at least 4) left on the answering service following the product installation. The installers ,however, were efficient, timely and professional. The installation went smoothly but there was quite a bit of post installation clean-up of dust that I had to finish upon completion. For the amount of money i spent, I expected better customer service. I would not recommend this company for these reasons.

From initial phone call to completion of the project, this company is outstanding!! I called dozens of insulation companies- this one called back immediately, sent someone to my house to assess the job, it was scheduled and completed within 2 weeks. Thank you to Bill Jones’ with his site visit and estimate to Manny and Jay (along with a 3rd but sorry- didn’t catch his name) they were professional, cleaned up afterwards and Michelle was so very pleasant to work with!! Highly recommend!!

They guys were on time, did the work very quickly and completely, and explained what they were doing along the way. I was able to observe, ask questions, and learn about how the insulation was blown in and what R-30 vs R-38 means.

Quality Insulation is worth every star of the five I gave them. They are very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I had done my research on the TAP insulation I wanted for my home, so when Bill arrived on time for the estimate appointment, he knew exactly what product he was offering. Michelle at the front office was very helpful in providing me additional information and answering some additional questions I had. She set up the install for the following morning. The crew arrived exactly at the appointed time and were in and out of my home in under two hours. They worked like a well-oiled machine. The end result? I noticed the temperature difference in my home within 30 minutes. It's much cooler and my family is much happier. Thank you Quality â  you guys hit it out of the park.

Obtained 3 quotes and chose them in spite of not being the cheapest,however dud not show me pictures of infestation that I seem did not have. Most thorough inspection before quote.

Very professional, reasonable and helpful. Ran into an issue where one of their workers found water in my ducts. Had the ducts replaced and Quality Termite came back out (almost a week later) to refill the attic, after my duct work was done. I would recommend , that if you are interested in getting insulation, these guys are the BEST! Shout out to one of the owners Jenny! You and your team were amazing. Thanks for everything! Best,
