"My wife and I purchased a 1987 home with a horrible floor plan and a kitchen that would require a complete tear-out. The kitchen walls were angled with jogs, drop ceiling and loose floor tiles. We knew that walls and drop ceiling had to be removed making the lanai part of the main living area. After much research, we contacted S&W Kitchens of Tampa and met with Lacie Rice. Lacie was a delight to work with. She was knowledgeable about the process and very attentive to our needs. Her ideas and design expertise created an awesome floor plan and a fabulous kitchen. Joe was a perfectionist with the installation of our beautiful kitchen cabinets topped with crown moldings. A large island was created with a space for a beverage fridge that my wife and Lacie talked me into, and they were right :). Daniel Neris of S&W Kitchens oversaw the contractors during construction and both Lacie and Daniel went above and beyond to ensure the workmanship met the high quality standards promised by S&W Kitchens. We also only use employees, no sub-contractors, which allows us to have the same crew on your project start to finish and fluid communication.
"I called Broome Property Enterprises within days after purchasing a home in the area. I have been in here less than two months in my kitchen and laundry room are completely remodeled. Within days, I got an excellent quote and the job was started promptly after I picked my cabinets. The price included everything but appliances and backsplash materials. The cabinets are top-notch, full wood product, no particleboard. And quartz countertops were included in my estimate. The demolition was knocked out quickly and by day three they started with the cabinet install. They cleaned the floors after every day‘s work, not only sweeping, but also Swiffered the floors. All of the workers were friendly and polite. It is now just 13 work days and the entire kitchen & laundry are finished and it is absolutely beautiful.
