Josh is very quick to respond usually following up within the business day and has a friendly personality. He's also professional in terms of his invoicing and his pricing is very fair. We had new flooring put in Fall of 2022. Unfortunately the floor in my husband's office broke & we thought it was due to his heavy office chair.
