"Frank returned our call within 24 hours and scheduled an appointment for an estimate of repairs. He was prompt and courteous. When repairs were made, Frank and his crew arrived when expected. Most of the back half of the roof metal had to be replaced due to removing the framework that held the solar panels. His crew removed the damaged metal from the roof starting in the afternoon and returned the next morning and finished all repairs in the early afternoon. They cleaned up the work area each day and left everything neat and orderly. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. It was a pleasure to have them do the work. "I spoke to a man on the phone and he gave me a quote to wall mount two TVs - a 55-inch and a 32-inch - with wall mounts I had already purchased and hide the cords behind the wall for $325. This seemed high compared to what I knew friends had paid for the same service, but I needed it done quickly so I agreed. When he arrived with a female assistant, he said he wouldn?t be able to hide the cords because of the location of the outlet. This didn?t entirely make sense to me, again because of other places I?ve seen this done, but I proceeded anyway. When it came time to pay, I asked if they would charge less because they were unable to hide the cords, the woman said that the $325 quote was for two 32-inch TVs, so I was actually being charged less than I should be. That is simply not true - we were very clear on the phone when he provided the quote. I paid, but I am very unhappy with the service performed and certainly with what I had to pay for it."
