Once we agreed to move forward, Art always kept me informed and let me know what was occurring on a daily bases. Art showed his professionalism through his dependability, quality of work, and his desire to make sure the work was completed to our satisfaction.. Art also showed his flexibility, as there were a few items added to the overall project and adjustments were made accordingly which did not cause a delay in the completion time for the overall project. Matt's Maintenance & RemodelingMatt and his team were excellent and professional throughout our remodeling. We needed extensive remodeling during the pandemic, which posed extra challenges, but Matt and his team stayed the course and were extremely professional during the whole process. Our house looks beautiful now! Matt was also the only contractor who was very cognizant of our budget and offered money saving advice throughout the process. Speedy Dustless Tile & Floor Removal, LLCSpeedy's was great to work with. I needed my floor tile removed quickly and they did it within a week. Also, at first I requested only the tile be removed but then later realized I also needed the mortar removed underneath. They were willing to come out a second time to do that for no additional charge, eve though it was my communication mistake. All in all great experience.- Ryan D.

1985 Renovations, LLCWell, I don't think it went as well for them as it did for us. The owner was there EVERYDAY, and showed exceptional care, even running into roadblocks the whole time. We rent a older home, that needed a whole new bathroom. The pipes where cast iron and way out of date. Every day they came, they acted professional, and we all got the sense that he would not leave any stone unturned, therefore we knew we were getting quality when dealing with these guys. Even when the owner of the home, tried to cut corners he took it upon himself and his business, to ensure it was taken care of regardless. I think that says a lot about a business, and shows you can really trust that you are getting THE BEST, from THE BEST. I do not do reviews very often anymore, because you dont find crews as exceptional as these gentlemen were, and if I ever needed something they do,(they do it all), I would wait till Heavy Hitter Construction could do it, because I know that the job would he done with care for his customers. And bonus, the owner is seriously hot! LOL jk maybe. When everything we are having done is completed I will up date before and after, and you will be amazed at what they did in a short period of time.- Mandy A.

Ozzy Construction CoI live out of town & planned in advance with Mr.Ozzy the start date. The proposed project was to take 3 weeks for completion. The bathroom remodeling began on time and there was approximately a week's delay in completing the project as a wall had to be unexpectedly torn down & rebuilt due to water damage, a major pipe had to be replaced and the wrong brand of window had been ordered. Mr. Ozzy was present every day for part or the entire day of the project. Mr. Ozzy, along with his 2 workers, Jesus & George were very polite & hard working. They cleaned up after themselves each day. I am not gifted in designing bathrooms & Mr. Ozzy offered very practical suggestions throughout the process. I also asked lots of questions and the entire crew were very patient with me. Obviously, I had to pay extra for the new wall & the major pipe that was replaced since these were unexpected problems that were encountered during the remodeling project. Otherwise, Mr.Ozzy's proposed bid did not change. I am very pleased with my new bathroom! I did not know Mr. Ozzy ahead of time but picked his company based on Angie List Reviews. I wholeheartedly endorse Mr. Ozzy for the quality of his work & his professionalism. Please note the price I paid to Ozzy construction was for labor, the window itself, recessed ceiling lights & a ceiling/hearing fan combo. I paid separately for the medicine cabinet, light fixture, grab bars, tub, toilet, sink & floor & shower tiles.- K P.

As in our review it explains the lack of professionalism and other attributes of Inz and Outz Home improvement. Once me and the owner spoke about the condition of the foyer and living room floor, he Mr. Payton agreed that he needed to replace 6 of the 30×60 matted porcelin tiles, which I felt confident he would do. Mr. Payton fail to show the next day or return any of our texts to date, costing us additional money. I don't think he is sincere about building his business long term.

I added kitchen floors, backsplash change and floating shelves. All were done to my specifications and satisfaction. The bathrooms were completely updated top to bottom. Everything turned out just as I imagined and beautiful. We stayed with my Mom during reno, so she heard the interactions.
