I assured him that later in the week would be soon enough and we agreed on a time for this afternoon. Don appeared a few minutes earlier than he estimated and went right to work. He had the replacement installed well within the time he estimated it would take. He was very professional and clearly very knowledgeable about his product. It was a pleasure meeting him and doing business with him. I would recommend him to anyone interested in a central vac system."

"Ken came out originally to do some duct cleaning but noticed that a lot of our supply and returns weren’t sealed properly with mastic (he showed us the areas that needed work). He came back out and sealed all the ducts, installed an air purifier and cleaned and sanitized all the ductwork. He was polite, knowledgeable, professional and hard working. During his inspection, Wilson discovered that the furnace — which was installed by a different company — was missing a drip leg, something that should have been included during the original installation. He explained the issue thoroughly and recommended reaching out to the company that installed the furnace so they can correct their oversight. Wilson also reviewed the hot water heater installed by ABC and noted that it will require a plumber to return to install a drip leg. I really appreciated how transparent he was about what ABC handled and what was the responsibility of the previous installer. His integrity and attention to detail gave me complete confidence in the assessment."
