Entech Irrigation

We have numerous issues with the sprinkler system and wanted to get them all corrected at same time. There are several sprinkler heads that are buried and no attempt was made to locate even though it would be obvious that the existing sprinkler heads wouldn't cover the area in question. In addition when we ran the system to try to find them ourselves we discovered a broken pipe which the technician should have found easily since it created a small pond in our yard. In addition, the water pressure because of the broken pipe was incredibly low. We tried to call and text them to get them to come back to be able to get that fixed as it's preventing us from running the system and could not get a response even though they we're on top of communicating before they showed up. It's disappointing because we waited 2+ weeks to get an appointment and ended up paying for a service call and the result is that I can't use until it's fixed correctly.

Super! Andrew came out and replaced and adjusted some heads. He is friendly and professional. Andrew also noticed some things wrong with the system that I did not know about. He also informed me of a fungus in an area of grass in my back yard. I will be calling Entech for my future repairs. Great Job Andrew!!

Three zones where not working and had to replace the valves and a severed valve wire from another landscaping job. The sprinkler heads were tuned as well. Andrew made multiple trips over several days trying save me money by searching for parts for my older sprinkler system. He also kept me aware of the progress at all times until the work was completed. Andrew is extremely honest, trustworthy, and punctual - a rarity in the nineteen years I have lived in Jacksonville, FL. A+++

He fixed a broken sprinkler head, reset my timers, and gave me a detailed diagram of what the zones are and the timers that he reset. He also told me about a sprinkler head that needs to be moved because a part of our yard isn't getting watered properly.
