"Tom replaced my kitchen faucet and two bathroom faucets and did an absolutely excellent job! He was extremely professional and the cost was much lower than what I expected! "Installers were very easy to work with. They worked hard installing a French drain and added some length at no additional cost. They also removed and took away old drains that weren't useful. I will hire this company again to install another drain."

"He did a good job installing the weather striping around the doors.  One door wasn't in the frame correctly and he fixed that.
They sent someone by to check on his work.  That guy talked to us about the air tightness of our home, which is great.  He kept trying to find something wrong.  It is a newer home.  He mentioned we should put energy film on one window.  I looked the film up online and found it at Home Depot.  He told us that they had to do it because "if one speck of dust is on the film" it will compromise the integrity.  One speck of dust? This isn't an ER or clean room.  He was really pushing to try and sell something else.
Because of the salesman that came 'to make sure the door work was correct' is why we won't use this company again.

"There was no blockage, but found out that the original install of the vent system hand too many bends and this caused the sensor to go off.  Had the original installer back and corrected the problem.
