Great experience. Got water going asap. Fixed issue and even came back to explain some things we didn't understand. Would for sure recommend to family and friends. And will be using for any and all future water well needs. THANKS AGAIN!!!

Company review for local business-- This time: Ants short-circuited well pump switch & needed replacement (Last time a long while back: We moved in to house and needed a pump installed to existing well.) RESULTS: Both times, Billy Clark (and sometimes his crew, as needed) were fast, knowledgeable, honest, and-- to prove that last part-- reasonably priced. Both times their installation (Last time) and replacement (This time) worked just fine. Last time, power company had power surges due to bad grounding which caused unequal loading issues, and paid for replacement, but Billy and crew made good at very reasonable rates, and both service calls (Both for the new well hookup and this recent call) were fast, effective, courteous, and reasonably priced: AND-- MOST-IMPORTANTLY-- worked just fine (other than the power surge-- which was NOT well company's fault). I know enough about wells and electrical & mechanical things to know that they treated us fairly. Yeah, I'm glad to write a review for good techs. Would use again and recommend. The work they did was very good. They fixed the problem but were very pricey. They charged me 125. Dollars for 2 hours for 2 people which was 500. Dollars. I just thought that was very expensive.

I called them on a Saturday afternoon, they showed up very quickly and assessed my situation. My well pump needed to be replaced, but I could not do it for two weeks. They got the pump running again and I was able to make it through the time required. They quickly responded when i could replace the pump and showed me how bad the previous pump had been and that it was not a 5 HP as I was led to believe from another company. The day they replaced my pump, they were faced with electrical storms but stuck with it and got it done. Great people, highly recommended!

This was the second business I called. The first one didn't answer, I'm assuming because it was after 5. I called Clark's about 5:30 p.m. and without hesitation was told they would be right out... and they were. With the logistical problems trying to get to the well, they never complained and never gave up. They were professional, hard working, and thoughtful. I would not hesitate to call again.

They came in a got the job done quickly.

It was excellent. About four months later my axel pump went out and he came back on the same day and replaced it no problems. I was very satisfied with the service i received.

After replacing pump, the well was barely getting any water, so they added another 20 feet of well pipe (dropping the pump deeper) at no additional charge. The Boss even showed up to help with the job - AMAZING !!!
