"All of the plumbing in our home began to back up due to a blockage in the main drain. The drain clean out fitting was not visible above ground and was difficult to locate. Tom worked diligently and patiently from the roof vents to locate the clean out and, once located, was able to quickly and effectively remove the blockage.
