A quality experience from a caring family run business. Fair pricing - not a common experience in todayâ s â hurry to make a buckâ . Even my insurance company was surprised how well they worked with them! In the end, the only delays were my fault, as MY schedule delayed completion. Otherwise it could have been done a week ago. In the meantime, 8 other neighbors are still haggling with their contractors to get the work done.

Everything went as planned. They responded within minutes to get me an estimate or quote. The process was fast and inline with the other companies I was in contact with. Now I have to wait for rain to review the final repairs. I pray it doesn't leak.

I have owned many homes in my life, requiring many repairs, and have been given many quotes. In this particular case I needed a new coating on my flat roof. I requested a quote from 4 well recommended roofing companies. The quotes we received ranged from $20,000 to $400, Some visits to the roof were only 1 minute long and others were 5-10 mins. All of them did take pictures of the roofing and explained the process. However, Forrest & Sons went further. Forrest & Sons was by far the best experience I've had working with contractors. They were on time, professional in every way and even gave me options at saved me Thousands of dollars. Responded to my request for a quote within just a few minutes if my submission. Was out next day to give a quote and completed minor roof repairs within 5 days.

The owners where easy to talk to and they were concerned about my concerns. The works also was concerned about my concerns are assured me that the process that they used for the job and was necessary and didn't charge my extra for the extra mile they went do the job right. Roofer did not line up properly the tiles they replaced and reattached in the front eves. I think I was over charged in the end for the quality and thoroughness that was lacking.

Forrest and Son did an excellent job and communications between customer and vendor was great!

Nice people and quick to do what needs to be done

They responded quickly and were out later that same day to give me estimates on the work that they perceived needed to be done. Heavy rains created havoc!!! Other companies did not respond until after they came and went! Roof repairs/work was done quickly in a matter of days which put a smile on my face. Was it the best price? Who knows? They did give me a 10 year transferable warranty on the work they finished. That is awesome, since I am in the process of selling the property.
