"Billy was such a delight!  I had a glass backsplash installed in my kitchen several months ago and needed someone to come and seal it.  After some research, finally came across Billy.  He came right out and, for $100 more, agreed to clean all the tile before sealing it.  I was not in town while this service was performed, my assistant took over, but when I got home, I thought the tile had not been cleaned.  When Billy was notified, he was more than happy to come back out and get the job done to what I had envisioned.  Turns out, it was just a bit of miscommunication over what I originally wanted and what he understood.  Not a problem!  He was glad to ensure I was happy, and he walked me through the process of what he was doing.  I was so impressed with his professionalism, I'm having him come back to do my floors as well!  I would recommend his services to anyone.Cle

"We had quarts countertops installed and tile work in the kitcken and three bathroom remodeled with quarts countertops installed as my project. I am extremely satisfied with how well they communicated with me. The various work crews were polite, professional, and highly skilled. The level of detail to ensure the project ran smoothly from the demolition, installation, and clean up was beyond my expectations. This is a top notch organization and would be the first company I will call for future projects."

"We have used this company several times in the last few years and they do a MUCH better job than everyone else. Canin actually spends time to try to remove stains, is knowledgable, thorough and fantastic. He may not offer the coupon deals that the big companies advertise, but in cases like this, you get what you pay for. We had to use Stanley Steemer once for scheduling reasons and there just wasn't a comparison. The $99 deal was not a deal at all-- complete waste of time and money as they had this poor sweaty, tired guy run through our house. He told us we were his 6th job of the day and he really just did a quick once-over and had to run to the next job. I won't make that mistake again-- I'll hold out for a date when Canin is available!"

"They were so nice and friendly when I walked in, very professional, and knew exactly what needed to be done. My insurance company suggested that I take it to one of their "preferred" shops, but I've only heard great thing about this place, so I told them I wanted to take it to Express Paint and Body and I was adamant about it, and I have never been more pleased with the services anywhere else."

Buffing and Polishing questions, answered by experts

Yes, it is possible to buff and polish your floors yourself, particularly for smaller areas. However, this is considered an intermediate-level DIY project that is time-consuming and requires patience and know-how. The process involves cleaning the floors before applying a polish, which can be done manually with a cloth or with a rented or purchased floor buffer and buffing solution. If not done correctly, you risk leaving burn-like marks, puddles, or an uneven finish, which could lead to costly repairs. For larger spaces or to ensure a professional result, hiring a professional is often worthwhile. They use industrial equipment to complete the job faster, providing a deep clean and a more even, polished finish without damaging your floors.

Maintenance includes regular cleaning with appropriate products, periodic sealing to protect against staining and wear, and addressing minor issues before they escalate.

Yes, you can repair a stone countertop yourself for minor issues like small chips or scratches, and DIY repair kits are available for this purpose. However, for larger problems such as major cracks or significant stains, DIY repairs may not be effective. In these cases, professional services are recommended to ensure a seamless finish, prevent further damage, and use the proper materials and techniques for a full restoration.

To maintain tile and grout, clean the surfaces regularly with mild, non-abrasive cleaners and wipe up spills promptly to prevent buildup. It is also important to reseal the grout every 1-2 years to maintain its durability.

No, using a power sander on brick is not recommended because the force of the sander can destroy brick's fragile outer layer. Even using sandpaper on brick is discouraged because of the damage its abrasiveness can cause.
