I originally searched Angie's list when I needed to find a trusted company to clean my carpet quickly after my baby got sick unexpectedly on the carpet!  After reading the reviews of other customers who raved about the company ? I called As you wish carpet cleaning. 

Nick (the owner) was completely booked all week but when the receptionist/scheduler called him to explain the situation he quickly said he would find time to fit me in ? even at the end of his long day.   It was a small room but obviously a critical job for my family.   Nick came with all of the advanced equipment and thoroughly cleaned the carpet (in 2 rooms) and also applied a stain protectant after he was done.  He took extra time to explain what he was doing ? did not rush ? and had such a pleasant service focused attitude.  And this was at night when he could be at home having dinner!  I will certainly call Nick whenever I need my carpets or floors (tiles / wood) cleaned!  He guarantees 100% customer satisfaction - and actually means it.   

I will also note that I had my carpets cleaned 6+ months ago from another company to remove high traffic stains and within 1 week the stains were back - which is why I did not contact them again.  Nick also offered to come out for any follow up if needed if I ever see another stain pop up.
